    • PURPOSE:To control the water level of a reservoir according to fluctuations of an inflow without delay by making a successive proper correction of an estimated coefficient detected on the basis of an estimated inflow value and inflow deviation at each point in time between the start point of control and current point. CONSTITUTION:Water gauge 2 detects water level Li of reservoir 1 at time (i) and sends it to water-level inflow converter 4 and optimum manipulated-variable determination device 6. Converter 4 calculates inflow, which is the difference between inflow qi and quantity li of demand, from the difference in water level between time (i) and sampling time (i-1) preceding by one point and the discharge and then inputs inflow Ri to environmental change estimation device 5. Device 5 calculates estimated values at respective points in time (i+1)-(i+m) on the basis of inflows at points in time (i)-(i-n), and then sends a column of vectors, depending upon those estimated values as elements, to device 6. Device 6 calculates discharge (ui+1) at the next sampling point from the column vectors of the estimated values and water level Li and sends it to discharge valve opening-extent converter 7. On the basis of it, converter 7 updates the opening extent output of valve 3 from (thetai) to (thetai+1) to control valve 3 via valve driver 8.

    • PURPOSE:To control quantity discharged from pumps, by using a flow rate incoming and outgoing expression and a pressure equilibrium expression as fundamental expressions, by describing relationship between flow rate and pressure by linearly approximating a head loss expression and by inputting a matrix coefficient displaying these numerical relationships to an optimum computer. CONSTITUTION:The signals of water-level detectros 100 and flow rate detectors 200 are input to a using device 500. A limit condition type preparing device 1 mounted to the using device 500 each inputs matrix coefficient from a flow rate incoming and outgoing type praparing device 5 and a pressure equilibrium type preparing device 6 and linear coefficient from a head loss type linear shape forming device 7, and further inputs each needed signal from a duct water passing-possible quantity memory storage 10, a distributing reservoir water-level variable quantity memory storage 11, a filter plant intake-possible quantity memory storage 12, a demand point pressure upper and lower limit values memory storage 13 and an upper and lower limit values memory storage 14 of increased pressure due to pressure dischared from pumps and the objustment of valves, thus preparing a limit condition expression, then putting out discharged flow rate and discharge pressure to the pumps 300 and an increasing pressure valve and passing flow rate to valves 400.
