The secondary coil and the primary coil are substantially coaxially arranged on the outer circumferential side of the center core. The secondary coil includes a secondary winding that is wound around a secondary spool. The secondary spool has a high voltage bracket that includes a secondary terminal. The primary coil includes a primary winding that is wound around a primary spool. The outer core is arranged on the outer circumferential side in the ignition coil. The secondary terminal includes a first connecting portion, which is in a bulb shape, in the tip end. The first connecting portion connects with an end portion of the secondary winding. The first connecting portion is covered with an electrically insulative resin.

摘要： An ignition coil includes a cylindrical portion that includes a primary coil and a secondary coil, which are coaxially wound. The cylindrical portion can be inserted into a plughole of an engine. The cylindrical portion has a tip end in an axial direction thereof. The tip end of the cylindrical portion has a plug mounting hole, into which a sparkplug is mounted. The plug mounting hole accommodates a high voltage terminal, which electrically connects with one of the secondary coil, and a coil spring, which makes contact with the high voltage terminal. The cylindrical portion has a base end portion in one axial end thereof. The base end portion of the cylindrical portion includes at least one flange portion. The at least one flange portion radially outwardly protrudes. The at least one flange portion has multiple bolt insertion holes, through which a bolt is respectively inserted.

摘要： The present invention provides a dielectric resonator, a dielectric filter, a dielectric duplexer capable of reducing leakage of electromagnetic waves and capable of being miniaturized, and a communication apparatus incorporating the same. In each of the dielectric resonator and filter, inside a dielectric block, there is formed a L-shaped inner-conductor-formed hole having a bend at some point of the hole in a manner extending from an outer surface of the dielectric block to a surface perpendicular to the outer surface. An inner conductor is formed on the inner surface of the inner-conductor-formed hole. On the substantially entire outer surfaces of the dielectric block, there is disposed an outer conductor, with one end of the inner-conductor-formed hole open-circuited and the remaining end of the hole short-circuited. Around the edge of the open-circuited end there is formed an outer coupling electrode. This structure enables formation of the dielectric resonator and the dielectric filter having the L-shaped inner-conductor-formed holes.

摘要： A dielectric filter and a dielectric duplexer have structures for coupling between resonators, in which a range for determining the coupling strength between the resonators can be broadened and the polarity of the coupling can be changed. In addition, a communication apparatus incorporating the dielectric filter or the dielectric duplexer can be provided. Inside a dielectric member, resonance line holes having resonance lines formed on the inner surfaces thereof are disposed. Both ends of each of the resonance line holes are open-circuited. The inner diameter of each of the resonance line holes is changed at some point in the longitudinal direction of each resonance line to form a stepped part.

Resonator holes are aligned in a dielectric block with a step structure of a large-diameter portion extending in a thickness direction of a dielectric block and a small-diameter portion smaller than the large-diameter portion, and a predetermined pitch is set between the small-diameter portions of the resonator holes and excitation holes by decentering the central axis of the small-diameter portion from the central axis of the large-diameter portion, thereby deciding the intensity of the external coupling.

On the inner surfaces of the inner-conductor holes, inner conductors are formed except where non-conductor portions are formed in proximity to one of the top and bottom surfaces, in which the apertures of the inner-conductor holes are formed. On the outer surface of the dielectric block, an outer conductor is formed substantially over the entire outer surface, and input and output electrodes isolated from the outer conductor are coupled with the non-conductor portions in the respective inner-conductor holes at the ends of the dielectric block in the direction of array of the inner-conductor holes. In one of the surfaces in which the apertures of the inner-conductor holes are formed, or in one of the surfaces at the ends of the dielectric block in the direction of array of the inner-conductor holes, a concavity is formed, the inner surface thereof being covered with the outer conductor.

Using a dielectric block, two &lgr;/2 resonators are individually formed using either inner-conductor-forming openings with inner conductors therein, or stripline-type conductors, both of said conductors having both ends open-circuited, and said conductors being capacitively coupled together. Terminal electrodes coupled to the vicinities of two open-circuited ends of one of the resonators are used as balanced terminals on one side, and terminal electrodes coupled to the vicinities of the two open-circuited ends of the other one of the resonators are used as balanced terminals on the other side.
