    • PURPOSE:To prevent a fixed quantity of paper from being accumulated and prevent the paper from jamming, by a method wherein a paper guide frame part is rotatably fixed to a paper-discharging end of a printer so that it is rotatably moved by a pressure when the paper is accumulated. CONSTITUTION:The paper 2 discharged from the printer 3 is guided by a paper guide surface 6, and is contained into a paper-containing box 9 while being assisted in bending. When the paper 2 is not bent but remains stiff, the discharge of the paper is hindered by the guide surface 6, so that the paper is accumulated on a paper moving surface 4 of the printer 3. However, the guide surface 6 receives a pressure due to a paper-discharging force 10 of the printer 3, so that a paper guide 1 is rotatedly moved with a rotary shaft 7a as a center to a position 11 where the guide 1 does not hinder the discharge of the paper. As a result the accumulated paper 12 falls off the paper moving surface 4, so that the paper does not generate jamming.

    • PURPOSE:To form a print wire featuring better high-speed operability and wear- resistance by fixed application of the hard material onto a wire of Ti-Mo-Zr- Al series alloy out of the Titanium series materials. CONSTITUTION:At the extreme end of wire made of an alloy containing Mo: 11-17%, Zr: 3-7%, Al: 1.5-5.0% and Ti as an impurity drawn to 0.2-0.6phimm. with a cold-working ratio of above 30%, a hard metal tip is fixedly applied. Content of Mo less than 11% causes poor workability of print wire of a diameter less than 0.5phi because of metallographica1 reasons respecting Ti. Further, content of Zr less than 3% gives birth to poor workability because of poor ductility of the alloy. Al affects strongly a strength property of print wire. Hardness of the hard metal less than Hv 850 causes unavailability of the targeted wear-resistance and therefore, Hv 1,100 and more is necessary.
