摘要： PURPOSE:To extract and separate a valuable substance such as cholesterin, etc., from a fat and oil raw material in high purity without requiring after- treatment, by saponifying a fat and oil raw material with an alkali, extracting valuable substances such as cholesterin, etc., from a saponified material with a solvent and extracting the solvent at a specific carbonic acid gas density. CONSTITUTION:A fat and oil raw material is saponified with an alkali to give a saponified material 1, which is fed to a mixer settler 2. A solvent is sent from a solvent tank 3 to the mixer settler by a feed pump 4, the saponified material is blended with the solvent, valuable substances such as cholesterin, etc., are extracted with the solvent, the mixed slurry is separated by a centrifugal separator 5, an extracting solvent 5a is fed to a carbonic acid gas extracting device 10 and an extraction residue 5b is discharged and recovered. Then, the extracting solvent 5a is brought into contact with a carbonic acid gas having 0.1-0.35g/cm density sent from a carbonic acid gas feeder 6 in the carbonic acid gas extracting device 10 and only the solvent is extracted so the valuable substances are extracted and separated from the fat and oil material.

摘要： PURPOSE:To fractionate various components out of a raw material on an industrial scale by using super-critical gas and resin by combining a process to extract a gas soluble component in the raw material, a process to flow the gas through a resin column and a process to fractionate the gas soluble component. CONSTITUTION:A gas soluble component in a stock solution 100 is extracted by contacting super-critical gas and the stock solution 100 in an extraction tank 40. Then, the super-critical gas, out of which the soluble component only is extracted and the super-critical gas not containing said soluble component is allowed to flow through a resin column 50 alternately and continuously. Then, super-critical gas generating effluent differences for different components of modified properties is introduced into a separation tank 60 to lower the density of super-critical gas to separate soluble gas and soluble components, and the soluble component is allowed to reside in the separation tank 60. By carrying out said processes in accordance with the effluent differences of soluble components in separation tanks 70 and 80 properly, the various soluble components can be fractionated into separation tanks 60, 70 and 80, respectively.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the moisture in the air chamber exhaust gas from condensing in the cell and in the cell outlet, by furnishing a common duct at the exhaust gas outlet in the cell air chamber, and keeping warm the common duct with the anolyte. CONSTITUTION:The air is distributed by a blower 7 through a common air feeding duct 8 to the air chambers, and the exhaust gas is collected in a common exhaust duct 9 and then exhausted outward. The common exhaust duct 9 is arranged to be in contact with an anolyte tank 10 each other, and the exhaust gas is exhausted through the common exhaust duct 9 which is kept at the anolyte temperature. Since the anolyte temperature is almost equal to the temperature of the cell main body in the cell operation, the temperature of the exhaust gas released from each air chamber to the common exhaust duct 9 never goes down below the dew point, and a dew condensation and the air flow disturbance therefrom at the air chamber outlet can be prevented.

摘要： PURPOSE:To industrially and advantageously obtain a high-purity steroid, e.g. cholesterol, etc., from a fish oil raw material, etc., by adding an alkali to saponify the fat or oil raw material, bringing the saponified fat or oil into contact with a suprcritical gas, extracting and separating the steroid in the fat or oil raw material. CONSTITUTION:A fat or oil raw material 2, e.g. fish oil, etc., is fed from a feed pipe (2a) to a saponification tank 1 and an adequate amount of an alkali is added from an alkali tank 5 to saponify the raw material 2 by feeding steam from a steam pipe (1a) and imparting moderate heating and stirring with a stirring device 4. Water, etc., is then added from a solvent tank 6 to slurry the saponified material. The slurried material is fed to an extraction tank 12. On the other hand, gaseous carbon dioxide from a gaseous carbon dioxide feeder 8 is liquefied in a liquefier 9, converted into a supercritical state by a high-pressure pump 10 and heat exchanger 11, fed to the extraction tank 12 and brought into contact with the saponified fat or oil raw material to extract steroid. The supercritical gaseous carbon dioxide dissolving the extract is then fed to a separation tank 13 to separate an extract 15 and afford the aimed compound.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the redissolution of evaporated impurities into the condensate by providing a condensation part in a evaporation part to keep the temp. of the condensate in the condensation part stably at a temp. close to the b.p. in the titled distilling purifying device for producing extremely pure water. CONSTITUTION:Raw water is heated by a heater 3 to a temp. higher than the b.p. at the pressure in an evaporator 4, and injected into the evaporator through a nozzle 5. Particulate impurities are removed from the evaporated steam by a filter 6, and then the steam is introduced into a condenser 7. The steam introduced into the condenser 7 is cooled by a cooling pipe 8, condensed, and accumulated at the lower part as a condensate. At this time, since the condenser 7 is heated by the outside evaporator, the temp. of the condensate is kept at a temp. close to the b.p. Consequently, soluble impurities which have been contained in the raw water and evaporated in the evaporator are not redissolved in the condensate even when introduced into the condenser, and high-purity distilled water is produced.

CONSTITUTION:The central portion of a vessel 500 is perpendicularly partitioned by diaphragms 600 and the upper part of the vessel 500 is not partitioned but form a vapor passage 810. One part sectioned by said diaphragm is used as a heat storage reaction tank 300 and another is used as an absorption reaction tank 200l. In the heat storage reaction tank 300, a plurality of evaporation absorbing members 135 formed by two opposite hydrophobic porous materials 130 and having an opening part 131 on its upper surface, a sealing member on its end surface and having an enclosed bottom surface, are arranged with suitable intervals. A large number of heat transfer pipes 110 for heating and cooling are arranged in said intervals. The heat storage reaction tank 300 is formed by providing the above described units. On the other hand, the absorption reaction tank 200 has the same construction as described before.

Then the material to be extracted and the solvent are separated from the extractant and recovered in a separation vessel 32 and a vessel 42 for recovering the solvent as the modifier. Consequently, the solvent as the modifier can be easily injected into a high-pressure system and the solid raw material can be continuously introduced into the extraction vessel 10.
