摘要： PURPOSE:To measure impurity content including trace amounts of soluble impurities in a pure water by so regulating that fine particles of insoluble impurities remaining after atomizing to be evaporated and vaporized become a size of a measurable limit for counting number of the particles and counting the number of the remaining particles. CONSTITUTION:A primary pure water 10 treated with a filter or reverse osmosis equipment is sent to a purifying unit 200 via a pump 100 and treated to be a purified water 15, and supplied to a use point 300. The purified water manufacturing unit 200 has an ultraviolet sterilizer 210 at a front stage and an ultrafilter 230 at the last of a polisher 220 disposed in this order. The ultrafilter 230 is used to remove insoluble fine particles. Water quality of the water 15 is measured by detecting soluble organic matter in the water by a sensor 350 installed in a tube, and measuring it by a TOC measuring unit on-line. Soluble inorganic matter in the water is also detected by a sensor installed in the tube, and a specific resistance can be measured by an electric conductivity meter on-line.

In addition, for the control of the amount of fresh water fed, the amount of the water stored in a water tank 410 is detected by a waterlevel gauge 420, and the amount of hot water fed to a distillation apparatus 40 through a route 104 by a flow controller 1040, corresponding to the amount of the water stored, is controlled. For the control of the hot water, the amount of water stored in a water tank 520 is detected by a waterlevel gauge 530, and its temperature is detected by a temperature detector 510 on a return pipe 51, and when the amount of water stored decreases or its temperature drops, the flow of a route 108 is increased by a flow controller 1080. As the result of it, the efficiency of the utilization of hot water is heightened in the whole of the title system.

That is, when a heat demand (heat load) is reduced, a compression refrigerating cycle concentrates the absorption liquid of the accumulator by excess hot heat and cold heat, takes the hot heat or the cold heat by using absorptivity of the absorption liquid when the heat demand is increased, and adding it to the cycle. Thus, the output of the cycle can be standardized to always continue a stable rated operation.
