      SOLUTION: A vacuum pump 120 evacuates an oxygen enricher 110 through a duct 130. Oxygen out of outside air is preferentially introduced to generate oxygen-enriched air. The oxygen-enriched air is fed into a cabin through the duct 130, the vacuum pump 120 and a cylindrical part 151 of a water discharge unit 150. Even if condensate occurs, it flows outside the vehicle from the cylindrical part 151 through a water discharge duct 152, suppressing the flow of condensate generated by oxygen-enriched air into the cabin.
