摘要： A display device and a method for manufacturing a display device are provided. The method includes: forming a material layer on a first face of a display panel; forming a touch panel and a polarizer sequentially on a second face of the display panel, the display panel having an end projecting beyond lateral faces of the touch panel and the polarizer; removing a portion of the material layer located in a first area on the display panel, the first area being located out of an effective display region of the display panel; and bending the first area of the display panel towards the first face such that a second area and a third area of the display panel are located on both sides of the material layer respectively, wherein the second area and the third area are connected to two ends of the first area respectively.

摘要： The present invention discloses a fluorine-modified epoxy acrylic resin, an UV-curable varnish and a method for preparing the same, and a method for coating the varnish on a substrate. The fluorine-modified epoxy acrylic resin is prepared by a process including the following steps: generating an epoxy acrylic resin via a ring-opening esterification reaction between an unsaturated mono-carboxylic acid and at least one epoxy group in an epoxy resin; and generating an epoxy acrylic resin containing fluorinated side groups via an esterification reaction between a fluorocarboxylic acid or a fluorocarboxylic acid anhydride and at least one hydroxy group in the epoxy acrylic resin. The UV-curable varnish according to the invention is prepared based on the fluorine-modified epoxy acrylic resin. When the varnish is applied to the surface of a substrate, at least one performance of the material, thereby the service life of the material itself may be improved.

摘要： A flexible display substrate mother board and a method of manufacturing a flexible display substrate are provided. The method includes: forming a heating pattern layer on a support substrate, wherein the heating pattern layer includes a plurality of regional blocks spaced apart from each other; forming a flexible substrate on the substrate provided with the heating pattern layer, and forming display elements on the flexible substrate; and heating the flexible substrate by utilization of the heating pattern layer, cutting the flexible substrate, stripping the flexible substrate corresponding to the regional block from the support substrate, and forming flexible display substrates. The method can avoid the damage of the display elements on the flexible substrate when the flexible substrate and the support substrate are separated from each other, and avoid uneven separation.

摘要： A UV cured varnish, and a process for preparing the same, said UV cured varnish including an epoxy acrylic resin, a polyurethane acrylic resin, a polymerizable monomer, a filler, a photoinitiator, and an adjuvant, wherein the polymerizable monomer comprises a fluorine containing polymerizable monomer and a silicon containing polymerizable monomer. The UV cured varnish can significantly improve the film forming performance. The formed film has a significantly improved performance including hardness, perspiration resistance. The UV cured varnish thus obtained is especially suitable for touch screen and can greatly extend the life of the touch screen.

摘要： A method for manufacturing a flexible display device and the flexible display device are disclosed. The method includes: forming a sacrifice layer on a base substrate; forming a flexible substrate on the sacrifice layer; forming components of the flexible display device on the flexible substrate; irradiating the sacrifice layer with laser to separate the base substrate from the flexible substrate; and coating a material used to make a protection layer on the flexible display device by a melted extrusion method for multiple times and cooling the material to form the protection layer. As a melted-extruding and coating method is applied to form the protection layer, pressure on components inside the flexible display device is reduced. Therefore, potential damage on the components inside the flexible display device is reduced and creation of air bubbles between film layers is avoided.

The copolymer comprises of the structural units represented by the following general formulae I, II and III, wherein, R1 is O or HN, R2 is an alkyl group with a carbon atom number of 1-4, cyclohexyl or a group represented by the following general formula IV (m represents a positive integer of 1-3), n is a positive integer of 1-4, the molar numbers of the structural units represented by the general formulae I, H and III are x, y and z, respectively, and x:y:z=3-8:1-4:1-5, the weight average molecular weight of the copolymer is 5000-20000. A color light blocking agent added with the copolymer can increase sensitivity. Furthermore, the copolymer has solubility in an alkaline solution, and thus, the color light blocking agent added with the copolymer has a superior developing property.
