    • PURPOSE:To make a small-sized device and eliminate a troublesome forming of a partition wall or the like by a method wherein each of panels composed of thermal conduction pipes is arranged at an adjacent hot temperature fluid casing and a low temperature fluid casing and a desired difference is provided in arrangement of height of panels connected to each other by a communication pipe so as to keep a circulating flow of working fluid. CONSTITUTION:A hot fluid casing 1 and a cold fluid casing 2 are arranged adjacent to each other to make an entire compact device. An evaporation panel P1 is arranged in the hot fluid casing 1 and a plurality of thermal conduction pipes 5 having fins 6 are integrally constructed by an upper header 7 at an evaporation part and a lower header 4 at the evaporation part. In turn, a condensation panel P2 is arranged within the cold fluid casing 2, and a plurality of thermal conduction pipes 9 having fins 10 are integrally constructed by an upper header 11 at a condensation part and a lower header at the condensation part. Each of the thermal conduction pipes in each of the panels P1 and P2 is arranged in parallel with the partition plate 3. A lower header 4 of the evaporation panel P1 is arranged lower than an installing height of the condensation panel P2 by a value of H0 and both of them are connected by a liquid communication pipe 13.

    • PURPOSE:To lower the power cost of a fan, by providing a mist treating heat exchanger, which is constituted of a closed loop consisting of a condensing pipe group formed of bare pipes and a untreated side high temp. evaporation pipe group, to the outlet of wet flue gas desulfurization equipment and arranging a desulfurization fan to the downstream side thereof. CONSTITUTION:Untreated gas is introduced into an untreated side high temp. evaporation pipe group 32 through a flue 3 to recover heat and subsequently introduced into the untreated side heat exchanger 4a of a gas-gas heater 4 to further recover heat and subsequently receives treatment by wet waste gas desulfurization equipment 5. The treated gas enters a mist eliminator 36 to reduce the mist in the gas and further supplied to a condensing pipe group 31 to evaporate mist. The heating medium in the untreated side high temp. evaporation pipe group 32 forms a loop making said medium to flow to an upper header 38, a pipeline 33, the condensing pipe group 31, a lower header 39 and a lower header 40 to perform heat recovery. The treated gas issued from a mist treating heat exchanger 35 enters a desulfurization fan 2 to be exhausted from a chimney 43.
