摘要： The present invention provides a ferritic stainless steel casting and a sheet thereof excellent in deep drawability, punch stretchability and ridging resistance and a method for producing the casting and the sheet. In the present invention, a chemical composition is controlled so that the amounts of C, N, Si, Mn, P and Ti may be reduced to the utmost for securing high workability and, on the basis of the chemical composition, the roping and ridging of a steel sheet product is reduced by adding Mg, thus dispersing Mg containing oxides that accelerate the formation of nuclei for solidification and, resultantly, suppressing the development of coarse columnar crystals in a casting. The present invention is characterized in that the average composition of the Mg containing oxides dispersing in a casting satisfies the following expressions and , 17.4(Al2O3)+3.9(MgO)+0.3(MgAl2O4)+18.7(CaO)≦500 , (Al2O3)+(MgO)+(MgAl2O4)+(CaO)≧95 .

摘要： A monofilament obtained by smelt-spinning and stretching of a vinylidene fluoride resin is subjected to a high-temperature relaxation treatment for an extremely short period of 0.05-0.5 sec. within a high-temperature heating oil bath at a temperature of 140-175° C., thereby producing a vinylidene fluoride resin monofilament, which comprises a vinylidene fluoride resin having an inherent viscosity of at least 1.40 dl/g, and has a knot strength (JIS L1013) of at least 600 MPa and excellent anti-twist property represented by a twist index of at least 0.90 when measured after the monofilament being subjected to application for 1 minute of a tensile load equal to approximately 50% of a maximum tensile load (JIS K7113), removal of the load, and standing for 3 hours.

摘要： Monofilaments comprising resin compositions which contain 1% by mass or more of a comonomer component (for example, hexafluoropropylene), have an intrinsic viscosity of 1.3 dl/g or more and a melting point of 165° C. or higher and contain a PVDF-based resin. Owing to the above composition and physical properties, the crystallinity and elastic modulus of the PVDF-based resin are altered. As a result, an appropriate flexibility can be imparted to the monofilaments while preventing deterioration in the mechanical properties.

摘要： In the valve, fuel, flowing down as a valve side flow along the side of the valve, further flows down toward an orifice plate through a fuel path which closes and opens upon forward and backward movement of the valve, and is injected as a mist from each orifice. The valve moves forward and backward by sliding on a valve surrounding portion through a guide portion constituted by plural sliding guides arranged between the valve and valve surrounding portion. Since the sliding guides are tapered from the valve to the surrounding portion, the side flow from the guide portion has a flow velocity distribution biased toward the surrounding portion.
