摘要： A DC-cable having at least one conductor and an inpregnated insulation system is disclosed. The insulation system comprises a solid electrically insulating dielectric part with a porous, fibrous and/or laminated structure impregnated with an oil that comprises a gelling additive. The gelling additive molecule, which molecule comprises a polar part, group or segment, interacts with the oil and/or any other gelling additive molecule to form a gelled network of longer and/or more branched polymer molecules or cross-linking bridges in the oil, which thereby exhibits the flow properties of a highly viscous and elastic gel.

摘要： This invention is related to a device and a method in an electric power plant for protection of an object (1) against over-currents from a network (3) or another equipment included in the high voltage plant, the device comprising a switching device (4) in a line (2) between the object and the network/equipment. The line (2) between the object and the network/equipment is connected to an arrangement (5) reducing over-currents towards the object (1), said arrangement (5) being actuatable for over-current reduction with the assistance of an over-current condition detecting arrangement (11-13) within a time period substantially less than the break-time of the switching device (4). The over-current reducing arrangement (5) comprises a switch means (10) with an electrode gap, which may be imparted electrical conductivity for over-current diversion.

摘要： A dielectric gelling composition, exhibiting a thermo-reversible liquid-gel transition at a transition temperature, Tt, wherein the gel comprises an oil and a gelator with a block copolymer comprising an olefin based block and at least one further block comprising aromatic rings in its backbone structure, wherein each one of the two blocks has a molecular weight of more than 3000 g/mole, and the block with aromatic rings in its backbone structure exhibits a rigid backbone structure and a temperature dependent solubility in the oil, is disclosed. The gelling composition is produced by preparing the block copolymer by means of a condensation reaction and subsequently adding the resulting copolymer to an oil at a temperature above the transition temperature of the gelling composition. The gelling composition is used as an impregnant in an insulated direct current cable having at least one conductor and an impregnated insulation system. The insulation system comprises a solid electrically insulating dielectric part with a porous, fibrous and/or laminated structure impregnated with a dielectric gelling composition.
