      본 발명에 따르면, 제1흡수탑 및 제2흡수탑에서 모두 저온에서 반응하는 아민 또는 아미노산염계 화합물을 흡수제로 사용하므로 종래와는 달리 별도의 냉각기를 필요로 하지 않는다.

    • PURPOSE: Carbon dioxide absorbent and a method for preparing the same are provided to improve the long-term storage characteristic and the transferability of the absorbent by preventing the coagulation of particles. CONSTITUTION: Carbon dioxide absorbent includes a core layer and a coating layer. Active components which are reactable to carbon dioxide are carried in the support of the core layer. The coating layer surrounds the core layer. The coating layer contains precipitated carbonate. The active components contain one or more selected from alkali metals or alkali earth metal carbonates; and alkali metal or alkali earth metal bicarbonates. The support contains one or more selected from a group including ceramics, natural or synthetic zeolite, diatomite, and carbon bodies. The core layer further contains inorganic binder. The inorganic binder contains one or more selected form a group including calcium silicate, calcium aluminate, bentonite, kaolin, alumina sol, silica sol, and pseudoboehmite. Carbon dioxide absorbent is prepared based on a spraying and drying unit composed of a spraying nozzle(1), a blowing unit(3), a power collecting unit(4), and a coating and spraying nozzle(2).

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for separating and collecting acidic gas is provided to pre-heat a saturation absorber supplied to an eliminating column by heat-exchanging gas from a lower absorbing column and collected combustion exhaust gas supplied to the lower absorbing column and collecting heat from acidic gas from the eliminating column. CONSTITUTION: A first absorbing column(110) generates a first saturation absorber. A second absorbing column(120) reacts a second absorber and non-reacted acidic gas from the first absorbing column to generate a second saturation absorber. An eliminating column(200) is composed of an upper part(210) and a lower part(220). The upper part regenerates the first saturation absorber into a first regenerated absorber to be supplied to the first absorbing column. The lower part regenerates the second saturation absorber into a second regenerated absorber to be supplied to the second absorbing column.

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for separating and collecting acidic gas is provided to omit a moisture eliminator and an auxiliary pump after an absorbent column by including a moisture separator composed of baffles based on an amphiphatic polymer film. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for separating and collecting acidic gas includes an absorbent column and a stripper column. The absorbent column contacts combusting gas containing acidic gas with an absorbent to generate an acidic gas saturated absorbent. The stripper column separates the acidic gas saturated absorbent into acidic gas and absorber based on thermal energy to be regenerated. A moisture eliminator(230) is installed at the upper side of the absorbent column and eliminates moisture contained in non-reacted gas.

    • PURPOSE: A carbon dioxide collecting apparatus is provided to improve the dispersibility of mixed gas inside an absorption housing without increasing the volume of the absorption housing. CONSTITUTION: A carbon dioxide collecting apparatus(100) comprises an absorption housing(110) and a desorption housing(130). The absorption housing includes an absorbent, and generates a carbon dioxide saturated absorbent by reacting carbon dioxide inside mixed gas supplied through a supplying line with the absorbent, before discharging the mixed gas without the carbon dioxide. The desorption housing receives the carbon dioxide saturated absorbent to separate into the carbon dioxide and the absorbent, for discharging the carbon dioxide and returning the absorbent to the absorption housing.

CONSTITUTION: An acid gas separation system for a power plant facility uses a denitrification facility(20), a heater(30), an electric dust collector(40), and a flue-gas desulfurization facility(50) to process harmful gas discharged from a boiler(10). The gas processed by the flue-gas desulfurization facility passes through a first heat exchanger in between an absorption tower absorbing oxygen gas and a desorption tower regenerating the oxygen gas before being discharged to the outside.
