    • PURPOSE: A method of transmitting data is provided to reduce signaling overhead and to improve system performance by assign radio resource based on the advantage of the collision-based transmission mode and scheduling-bases transmission mode. CONSTITUTION: A multiple access pointer is received from a base station. The multiple access pointer indicates scheduling or collision based mode for transmitting the uplink data. In case of the scheduling base mode, the uplink data is transmitted through a scheduling based block transmitting data according to the scheduling base mode among wireless resource frames. In case of the collision based mode, the uplink data is transmitted through a collision based block transmitting data according to the collision based mode.

    • PURPOSE: A receiver and a data recovering method are provided to restore data without the overhead increase of a system by reducing a computational quantity required for the LLR(Log Likelihood Ratio) acquisition. CONSTITUTION: A receiver(200) comprises a LLR(Log Likelihood Ratio) detector(210) and a channel decoder(220). The receiver is a part of the terminal in a down link or a part of the base station in the uplink. The receiver receives a reception signal through a RX-antenna. The reception signal comprises a user signal data and an interferential signal which is the other user signal. The user signal is a signal corresponding to a data restoring a receiver. The interferential signal is a signal transferred to the other user in which collision is generated by allocating the same radio resource as user resource. The LLR detector gets the LLR by using a received signal through an antenna. The channel decoder restores data by the LLR.
