摘要： PURPOSE: A mold for forming a paper container and a forming device thereof are provided to remarkably reduce an error rate when a paper container is formed by preventing stress concentration. CONSTITUTION: A mold for forming a paper container comprises a base core (200'), a main core (210), a center core (220), a fixed stripper (230). The base core is fixed to a fixed mold frame of a forming device. The main core has a first flat surface (211), a curved surface (212), and a first inclined surface (213). The first flat surface corresponds to the bottom surface of a base portion (2) of a paper container. The curved surface and the first inclined surface correspond to the bottom surfaces of an upward curved portion (5) and an extended inclined portion (2) of the paper container. A push pin (221) penetrating through the main core and the base core is formed on the bottom of the center core and slides in a vertical direction. The fixed stripper slides along the edge of the main core. A support (233) is protruding upward from one side of the fixed stripper.

摘要： A deodorization apparatus is provided to increase merchantability of the deodorization apparatus mounted on the food garbage disposers by allowing the deodorization apparatus to be easily employed to small and medium-sized food garbage disposers and forming the deodorization apparatus in a simple structure, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost of the deodorization apparatus. In a deodorization apparatus which has a main body(5) for drying injected food garbage by a hot air blower(600) and removes odor generated from the main body, a deodorization apparatus(10) mounted on a food garbage disposer(1) comprises: a water storage tank(200) having a water supply pipe(110) and a drainpipe(120) mounted thereon to maintain a predetermined water level; a suction pipe(150) of which one end communicates with an inner part of the main body, and of which the other end is submerged under water of the water storage tank; a suction fan(160) mounted on a part of the suction pipe to suck air within the main body; and an exhaust pipe(170) of which one end communicates with the main body, and of which the other end is positioned in an inner space of the water storage tank. The deodorization apparatus mounted on the food garbage disposer further comprises a float valve(300) mounted on an end portion of the water supply pipe and an overflow pipe(400) mounted on the water storage tank. The exhaust pipe has a heat-radiating plate(140) formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof.

A garbage crusher(10) mounted on a food garbage disposal apparatus comprises a hopper(20), a rotary screw(30), a pair of cutting blades(40), and an inclined plate(50). The hopper has an injection port(23) formed in the top thereof and a discharge port(25) formed in a predetermined portion on the bottom thereof. The rotary screw has rotary vanes formed on an outer peripheral surface thereof and is mounted on an inner part of the hopper in the longitudinal direction. The cutting blades are mounted on the outer peripheral surface of the rotary screw adjacent to the discharge port. The inclined plate is formed in a convex shape and mounted above the cutting blades. The rotary vanes mounted on the rotary screw are formed such that the rotary vanes rotate oppositely to each other centering around the cutting blades.

摘要： A touch sensor type light emitting pen is provided to secure favorable brightness and to prevent a shadow by installing two light emitting units in an LED(Light Emitting Diode) unit and to facilitate on/off operations. A side button type sharp pencil equipped with a touch sensor type light emitting device is composed of a body member(1), a metal coupling(2), a grip member(3), a battery cap unit(4), and a front end member(5). An LED unit(5b) equipped with two light emitting units is installed in the front end member and combined to a fixing tool(5a). The front end member is joined to a pencil unit(6) inserted from the side of the grip member. An IC(Integrated Circuit) substrate(8) and a battery(9) are embedded in the body member. The negative pole of the battery is transmitted through a substrate spring(8a) and the IC substrate to a metal cam cap(12), a fifth metal plate(9f) of a cam device unit(1c), a cam spring(8b), an insulating pipe cap(10a), a fourth metal plate(9d) installed in an outer groove of an insulating pipe(10), and a negative lead pin(5d) of the LED unit in order. The positive pole is transmitted to a cap metal tool installed in the battery cap unit, a first metal plate mounted on the body member, the IC substrate turned on or off according to the detection of a touch sensor(1a), a second metal plate(9b) disposed in the body member, the metal coupling, a third metal plate(9c) installed in the grip member, and a positive lead pin(5c) of the LED unit in order. The LED unit is turned on or off by the touch sensor.
