    • PURPOSE: A handle for a cooking container is provided to reduce a gap between a cooking container bracket and hanging protrusion by placing a button unit, a power transmission unit, and a transferring unit for joining are closely adhered to upward and downward each other. CONSTITUTION: A handle for a cooking container comprises a handle head(100), a transferring unit for joining(90), an elastic member(80), and a locking releasing unit. The locking releasing unit comprises a button unit(40), a rotary shaft unit, and a power transmission unit(73). The rotary shaft unit is installed to support the inner side of the handle head. The power transmission unit is contacted with the transferring unit for joining to straight-linearly transfer by the rotation of the rotary shaft unit simultaneously rotating with transferring the button unit. The transferring unit for joining comprises a main body(95), a first up-and-down movement limit block(93), and an elastic member supporting block(99). The first up-and-down movement limit block is extended from the transferring unit for joining to seclude the up-and-down movement of the transferring unit for joining. The elastic member supporting block is extended from the main body of the transferring unit for joining.

    • PURPOSE: A carbonate ion selective FIA biosensor and a quantitative analysis method of isocitrate using it are provided, thereby exactly quantifying isocitrate in foods. CONSTITUTION: The carbonate ion selective FIA(flow injection analysis ) biosensor comprises 0.1M Tris-H2SO4 carrier buffer(pH 7.5), 0.6M Tris-H2SO4 carrier buffer(pH 11.0), a reactor packed with isocitric dehydrogenase-immobilized glass beads, carbonate ion selective membrane, and carbonate ion selective electrode in FIA system. The quantitative analysis of isocitrate is accomplished by subjecting 100 microliter of a food sample to the carbonate ion selective FIA biosensor under conditions of flow rate of 13.6 ml/hr,where the tube has the inner diameter of 0.89 mm.
