    • PURPOSE: A flame stabilizer of a burner for flame hydrolysis deposition is provided to stably and uniformly attach fine particles on substrates by installing the flame stabilizer around a co-flow diffusion flame burner. CONSTITUTION: A flame stabilizer includes a co-flow diffusion flame burner(100) used in a flame hydrolysis deposition process and a flame stabilizer(30) installed around the co-flow diffusion flame burner(100). The co-flow diffusion flame burner(100) sprays source material together with carrier gas used for bubbling source material. Mixing gas including hydrogen and dilute gas, and oxygen are sprayed along a peripheral portion of the co-flow diffusion flame burner(100) and forms a flame. A flame shield tube(10) is provided so as to stabilize the flame by preventing air from coming into the flame.
