摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a vibration-damping section of superior vibration-damping properties such as a truss type aluminum extrusion section, a pi, type aluminum extrusion section or the like and provide a manufacturing method for a carrying structural component and the vibration-damping section. CONSTITUTION:A section 1 is constituted by a couple of face plates 2 and 3 and lips 4, 5 and 6, and hollow sections 7, 8 and 9 are formed in the section 1 by the lips 4, 5 and 6 and face plates 2 and 3. For example, the hollow sections 7, 8 and 9 are formed as inner faces of a truss type aluminum extrusion main section, and particularly vibration-damping resin 10 is provided on the inner face of the face plate 3 and one face of the tilting lip 4.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit full soundproof performance to mechanical excitation and further to fully exhibit soundproof performance with respect to noise of a wide frequency band width. SOLUTION: This structure is constituted by arranging an outer casing 1 and an interior casing 5, having many through-holes 5a so as to absorb noise by utilizing the principle of Helmholtz resonance. Projecting parts 5b are formed on the outer casing 1 so as to put their apexes in the outer casing 1 side. The apexes of the projecting parts 5b are joined to the outer casing 1 across damping members 6 for attenuating vibration. The circumferences of the damping materials 6 are provided with first sound-absorbing members 7a, formed of porous materials so as to absorb the noise.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb ultra low frequency sound and reduce the number of processes for a multilayer sound absorbing structure in a shorter construction period by arranging a hard porous material, a soft porous material and a hard porous material in sequence from a sound source side as well as a sound insulating plate via an air layer. SOLUTION: A multilayer sound absorbing structure 10 is formed with a hard porous material layer 11, a soft porous material layer 12 and a hard porous material layer 13 respectively having continuous ventilating holes, in sequence from a sound source side, and an air layer 14. The air layer 14 is formed between the hard porous material layer 13 and a sound insulating plate B located outside. The hard porous material layer 11, the soft porous material layer 12 and the hard porous material layer 13 are formed of foamed concrete, glass wool and rock fiber, respectively. Three layers 11, 12, 13 are continuously formed. In the multilayer sound absorbing structure 10, the hard porous materials 11, 13, the soft porous material 12 and the air layer 14 serve equivalently for mass, attenuation and spring respectively to compose mechanical vibration system and absorb ultra low frequency sound.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately predict a high speed event by predicting pressure inclination at an inlet by use of a miniature model, and predicting the relation between the inlet pressure inclination and outlet pressure inclination by use of actually measured value in a tunnel. SOLUTION: A buffering work 5 for a tunnel is provided with a cover 3 having a larger area S2 than the sectional area S1 of a tunnel 2, at an entrance of the tunnel 2, and frontage parts 4 formed at its side surface. For optimizing the buffering work 5, by use of miniature models of buffering work 5, tunnel 2 and train 1, the inlet pressure inclination of pressure wave generating at the entrance when the train 1 rushes in the tunnel 2 at a high speed over a specified level through the buffering work 5 is predicted. Then, by use of the actually measured value in the tunnel 2, the relation between the entrance pressure inclination and exit pressure inclination is predicted. Based on the predicted data, the air pressure sound generating when the train 1 rushes in the tunnel 2 at the high speed is predicted.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce sound pressure peak and ultra low frequency sound generated by pressure wave generating at the entrance and exit of a tunnel by properly selecting data of buffering work through model tests of tunnel, train and buffering work. SOLUTION: A cover 3 having a specified length and a larger sectional area than that of a tunnel 2 is arranged at an entrance of the tunnel 2, and an opening 4 is arranged on a side surface of the cover 3. Data of this buffering work for the tunnel 2 comprises the area and shape of the opening 4 and the specified length L and the sectional area S2 of the cover 3. Through execution of model tests, the data is properly made to thereby make a first stage compression wave generating at the entrance of the cover 3 and a secondary stage compression wave generating at the entrance of the fennel 2, a synthesized compression wave as a whole close to one pressure gradient. By making the data properly, the distance between two pressure inclinations mixed in the wave front of the synthesized compression wave is specified, threreby reducing generation of ultra low frequency sound at the exit of the tunnel 2.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the damping characteristics by providing damping resin on the inner surface of the hollow part of a truss type aluminum extruded shape material. SOLUTION: Damping resins 10 and plastic films 11 are respectively laminated to the lower surface of the hollow part 7 of a lengthy aluminum extruded shape material 1 having a truss type sectional shape, the oblique surface of the hollow part 8, and the oblique and lower surface of the hollow part 9. When the vibration from a sound source is applied to the material 1, a surface plate 3 is excited to start bending vibration. Then, the resin 10 sandwiched between the plate 3 and the film 22 undergoes a bending deformation, thereby converting part of vibration energy into thermal energy. When residual vibration energy is propagated to a rib 4 so that the rib 4 starts for bending vibration, the resin 10 sandwiched between the rib 4 and the film 11 undergoes so that part of the vibration energy is converted into thermal energy. As a result, the bending vibrations of the plate 3 and rib 4 of the source side are suppressed to largely suppress the vibration energy of the entire truss structure, and hence the vibration energy to be transmitted to the plate 2 of the opposite side to the source is considerably reduced.
