    • The present invention concerns an extracorporeal circuit (1, 100) for regional scoagulation of blood comprising a line for taking the blood (2) from the patient, a first filtering unit (6), and a line for returning the blood (5) to the patient defining a main circuit (12), the extracorporeal circuit (1, 100) comprising a secondary circuit (32) for recirculation of the plasma water comprising: - a calcium removal assembly (4) adapted to provide a solution with low calcium content (30, 40a) in said main circuit (12); the extracorporeal circuit (1, 100) further comprising: - first means (13, 14) for the infusion of said solution with low calcium content (30) into said main circuit (12) upstream of said first filtering unit (6) and of said calcium removal assembly (4) with respect to the blood flow direction in the main circuit (12) and - second means (19) for the infusion of an electrolytic re- establishment solution (29) located downstream of said first means (13, 14) with respect to the direction of the blood flow in said main circuit (12).
