    • Disclosed is a spanner which is generally used as a typical tool for tightening or releasing a bolt. The spanner is capable of tightening or releasing a bolt continually in one direction by the effect of a toggle bar (400) pivotally mounted on a jaw of two jaws (200, 300) of the spanner head in a state that the toggle bar is urged to pivot toward one direction.     • The invention provides a wireless personal area network (WPAN) device, in which a beacon reception interval is set to vary in response to data reception and the power level of the device and a method for controlling beacon reception thereof. The WPAN device includes a receiver for receiving beacons at a predetermined interval, a frame analyzer for analyzing beacons, and a data-storing part for storing the information analyzed by the frame analyzer. The device further includes a traffic monitor for monitoring data reception, a power level detector for detecting power level, a beacon interval setter for setting the beacon interval in response to data reception and the power level, and a reception controller for controlling the beacon reception according to the set interval. A method for managing low power consumption in the WPAN device is also proposed.

The common protocol architecture comprises an application layer; a common protocol layer positioned under the application layer, the common protocol layer enabling data communications between the different protocols; a presentation layer positioned under the common protocol layer; a session layer positioned under the presentation layer; a transport layer positioned under the session layer; a network layer positioned under the transport layer; a data link layer positioned under the network layer; and a physical layer positioned under the data link layer. By designing the common protocol layer and the common protocol packet accepting various. protocols simultaneously, the present invention can improve compatibility between different protocols.

    • There is provided a method of optimizing recipe of in-situ cleaning process for process chamber after a specific process on semiconductor wafers by using Residual Gas Analyzer Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer (RGA-QMS). According to the present invention, a Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) apparatus for manufacturing semiconductor devices comprises: a process chamber; process gas supply line for supplying process gas into the process chamber; a waste-gas exhaust line for removing the waste-gas from the process chamber after process; a supply line for supplying a CiF3 gas into the process chamber; a sampling manifold for sampling the gas inside process chamber by using pressure difference; and RGA-QMS for analyzing the sampling gas, and the optimization of the end points according to gas flow, pressure, and temperature of the cleaning process for the process chamber is achieved through the analysis by above RGA-QMS.
