    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining an SL hydrated product of high concentration by removing liquid and solid components from a finished liquid of cultivation without using an organic solvent. SOLUTION: The method for purifying a sophorose lipid comprises: a process in which an acidic culture liquid containing an insoluble sophorose lipid obtained by culturing, is neutralized to solubilize the sophorose lipid; a process in which the culture liquid is subjected to a solid-liquid separation to remove the solids in the culture liquid; a process in which the culture liquid is acidified to insolubilize the sophorose again; and a process in which the sophorose lipid is precipitated, and the supernatant is removed. In this purification process, the sophorose hydrated product of high concentration is obtained.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely attach/detach a required article to/fom a container, thereby the work for supplying to the container can be done without opening a lid of the container. SOLUTION: A liquid container is provided with a first cylindrical part 31 having the outer peripheral part which is inserted in the inner peripheral part of a mounting port part 66 of a chemical liquid bottle 60 and fitted in a sealed state, and a second cylindrical part 32 arranged on the outer side of the first cylindrical part and set lower than the first cylindrical part. In the second cylindrical part, a cutout 33 through which a projection 67 provided in the mounting port part is inserted, a guide part 34 which is equipped with a spiral guide face capable of engaging with the inserted projection, and lock part 35 which locks the projection guided on a container side by the guide part are provided. The mounting port part is fitted in the first cylindrical part, the projection is inserted into the cutout part of the second cylindrical part, and the mounting port part is turned in a predetermined direction, as a result, the projection is locked at the lock part and the chemical liquid bottle is mounted on an article mounting part 30 of an immersing tank.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow liquid discharged even by a single hand to be reliably received by removably mounting, on a pump pushing part, a support device for bending and supporting an end of a bendable pipe so that it may be opened on an upper face of the pump pushing part. SOLUTION: The auxiliary device comprises a bendable pipe 7 whose end 7A is connected to a tip 5A of a content liquid discharging nozzle 5 of a pump 3 and a support device 8 for bending and supporting the other end 7B of the bendable pipe 7 so that it may be opened on a button-like pushing part 3A of the pump 3 which can be removably attached to the pushing part 3A of the pump. At the time of use, a base 8A of the support device is pushed by a back of a hand, thereby causing content liquid 4 to drop through the pipe 7 onto a palm of the hand by operation of the pump 3. Deformation of the pipe 7 due to liquid pressure when the pump 3 is operated can be prevented by the support device 8. Thus the pump container can be reliably operated by a single hand, wherein a physically handicapped person can use it.
