    • PURPOSE:To wash effectively filter cloths of a dehydrator, wherein a slurry is forced into filtration chambers closed with a movable wall and dehydrated, by jetting an air into the filtration chambers through the filter cloths from liquid discharge sides. CONSTITUTION:More than one filtration chambers 1 are set side by side and a square movable plate 2 is arranged at an end of a line of filtration chambers. The movable wall 2 is moved toward the line of filtration chambers 1 to close every chamber 1 when a slurry is forced into the chambers, and on the other hand, moved toward the opposite direction to the line of filtration chambers 1 to open every chamber 1 when filter cakes are taken out of the chambers. The movable wall 2 is driven by an air cylinder 3 and a linkage 4. The movable wall 2 is moved toward the opposite direction to the line of filtration chambers 1 and every chamber 1 is opened to take out the filter cakes after a dehydration operation. After that, a valve in a filtrate discharge path 14 is closed and a compressed air is jetted into the filtration chambers 1 by way of an air inlet 15, perforated plates 7 and filter cloths 6 to blow off solid materials sticking to the filter cloths 6.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency of the title dehydrator by separating the casing into three casings, the left, right, and central casings, an using the clearance between the inner walls of the left and right casings and the central casing as the drainage passage. CONSTITUTION:When an air cylinder 5 is moved down, the casing 1 is closed. Since a connecting member 3 is horizontally straightened at this time to form a dead point, the casing 1 is locked while being closed. The raw water is then forced into the left filtration chamber 10a and the right filtration chamber 10b from raw water inlets 16. The liq. component is sent out by the pressure of the introduced raw water to the outside of a filter cloth 13 and a punch plate 14, and the waste water is passed through a drainage passage 11 and a drainage passage 15 and discharged to the outside of the casing 1 from a drain hole 17. When the dehydrated cake is accumulated in the left filtration chamber 10a and the right filtration chamber 10b and the raw water cannot be forced in, the air cylinder 5 is moved up to open the casing 1, and the cake is discharged.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the clogging of a trommel, by vertically providing a guide to the trommel in the radius direction thereof and idly mounting a movable impact body along said guide. CONSTITUTION:When an apparatus is used in order to recover an aggregate such as gravel from waste water generated after the mixer in a factory of concrete not hardened was washed, a mental ring shaped impact body 18 moves along a guide 17 according to the rotation of a trommel 4 and goes over a stopper 19 at the vertical position of the guide 17 to be collided with an impact body receiver 23. The impact received by the impact body receiver 23 is indirectly transmitted to the trommel 4 through the guide 17 and the clogging of the trommel is prevented by the large impact effect of said impact body 18. If this work is performed at a timewise interval during the stoppage of separation work operation, the solidification of cement remaining in the trommel 4 can be avoided.

    • PURPOSE:To increase the filtration area to the filter cloth area and to improve dehydration performance in a dehydrator having a partition body forming a filter cloth pressing part with projected lines on the inner surface by forming a drain pass on the top surface of the filter cloth pressing part. CONSTITUTION:A filter chamber is formed by surrounding it by a partition body of rubber, etc., which can be elastically deformed. A filter cloth pressing part 24a consisting of projected lines is formed on the inner surface of the partition body 21a and the filter cloth 3 is fixed to the partition body by a fastener at plural places. A lot of drainage grooves 22a are formed on the inner surface of the partition body in the gravitational direction. After mixed water is separated by pressure through the filter cloth 3, it is further dehydrated by applying pressure. When compressed air is introduced into between the surrounded body and the partition body, cake held by the partition body and the filter cloth 3 is pressurized and dehydrated and water flows down through the drainage grooves.
