摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid sauce including ingredients useful for ingredients of a Takoyaki (griddle-cooked dumplings, consisting of wheat flour, bits of octopus, green onion and ginger), a shao-mai (one of the well-known Chinese food), a cooked bread, etc., and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This solid sauce including ingredients contains a sauce being solid at a normal temperature and becoming paste-like by heating in cooking around the ingredients. The solid sauce is an oil-in-water type emulsion containing 5-40 wt.% of oil and fat, 40-75 wt.% of water, 1-10 wt.% of one or more than two kinds selected from gelatin, agar and glucomannan and 2-10 wt.% of egg yolk.

摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain a deproteinizing agent for a natural rubber latex which imparts satisfactory stability and film-forming properties to a natural rubber latex and gives a molding highly safe for a human body by incorporating a protease and a specific nonionic surfactant into the agent. Pref. the agent is used in such an amt. that the amt. of the surfactant containd is 0.1-10 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. solid content of the latex.

CONSTITUTION:This latex is a product of purification of a natural rubber latex which has undergone proteolysis. It gives a raw rubber film having a green strength of 5MPa or higher. It is obtained by adding water and/or a surfactant to a natural rubber latex which has undergone or is to be subjected to proteolysis and then purifying the latex with a rotary flat-membrane separator. This latex has an excellent mechanical stability. This process is excellent in suitability for continuous operation, safety of the operation, and easiness of maintenance.

摘要： PURPOSE:To automate the inspection by a process wherein a condom to be inspected which is filled up with a first electroconductive liquid is dipped in a second electroconductive liquid to a position just below the opening thereof, and a process wherein a voltage is impressed between these electroconductive liquids. CONSTITUTION:When a manufactured condom 2 is removed from a manufacturing die 1, it is dipped, together with the die 1, in an electro-conductive liquid 3 to a position near the opening thereof, and supported by a net vessel or a vessel 5 having a porous wall surface in such a manner that the outside of the condom 2 is surrounded by the vessel, and an electroconductive liquid, e.g. water 4, is injected between the condom 2 and the manufacturing die 1. When the die 1 is drawn up while the water is injected, the condom 2 is laid closely on the inside wall 5, and a voltage is impressed in this state. Then a current flows when the condom has a pinhole. This method enables the inspection utilizing a process of removing a finished condom from a manufacturing die, and thus the inspection is automated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To form a predetermined annular portion simply and conveniently by a method wherein the annular portion of a rubber baloon is formed by a pattern free in connecting and separating and the pattern within a film is separated and taken out of the film after the film adhered on the surface of the pattern is solidified. CONSTITUTION:A pattern 10, consisting of an annular body 11 formed by a soft material and having a connecting portion 12 connectable and separatable at any place and a branch 17 formed by a hard material such as aluminum or the like and connected to the annular body 11 at the place except the connecting portion 12, is employed. A triangular protuberance 14 is provided on one connecting surface 13 of the connecting portion 12 while a triangular recessed portion 16 is provided on the other connecting surface 15 and the protuberance 14 is fitted into the recessed portion 16 to integralize them, thereby, connecting and separating of these two surfaces are made free. Solution for the rubber baloon is adhered on the surface of the manufacturing pattern 10 and a film thereof is solidified, thereafter, the annular body 11 is separated at the connecting portion 12 by exerting a force from outside through the film and the pattern 10 is pulled out of an opening portion of the film corresponding to a mouth portion 2 of the rubber baloon 1.

SOLUTION: The cold insulator 1 for face has a substantially flat structure where a bag 2 can cover at least a part of the face under a state injected with refrigerant, and the bag 2 has refrigerant injection opening 3 through which refrigerant is injected or taken out. Since refrigerant can be injected into the bag 2 or taken out therefrom, a cold insulation material or the cold insulator itself is not required to be cooled previously and the cold insulator can be brought into usable state by simply injecting refrigerant into the bag.
