摘要： Method for continuous production of tubes of plastic material by biaxial drawing. Method for continuous production of tubes of plastic material by biaxial drawing comprises: (1) forming a rough shape (E) by extrusion; (2) adjusting (E) to the temperature of molecular orientation; (3) subjecting it to radial expansion by applying an internal fluid pressure (P), through two axially spaced shutters; and (4) ensuring calibration and cooling, while exerting an axial traction on the tube. The new feature is that a pressure (P1), opposing (P), is applied externally against the wall of (E) in at least one zone that is subjected to radial expansion. P1 is smaller than P, so does not prevent expansion, but is sufficient to ensure a controlled expansion so that material thickness is constant over a given circumference. An independent claim is also included for a production line for performing the new method.

La dilatation radiale est réalisée en au moins deux phases, à savoir une première phase au cours de laquelle le tube-ébauche (Te) est gonflé jusqu'à un diamètre intermédiaire (Di) déterminé par une enveloppe (21) à double paroi, introduite dans le fût de formage (2), avec circulation d'un fluide chaud entre les deux parois de l'enveloppe (21), et ensuite l'enveloppe (21) est progressivement sortie du fût de formage (2) pour permettre, au cours d'une deuxième phase, la dilatation radiale du tube en matière plastique jusqu'au diamètre interne du fût de formage (2), et son étirage longitudinal.

摘要： La relacion se relaciona con un metodo para producir continuamente tubos plasticos mediante estiramiento biaxial, que consiste en producir un blanco (E) mediante extrusion, calentar dicho blanco a una temperatura de orientacion molecular, dilatarlo radialmente mediante la presion interna de un fluido aplicado entre dos anillos de obturador axialmente distantes (7, 11) y al llevar a cabo una calibracion (8) y enfriamiento (9) asociados con una tension axial producida sobre el tubo de salida del mismo; se aplica una presion opuesta a la presion interna a la pared de blanco desde el exterior en por lo menos un area que esta expuesta a la dilatacion radial, dicha presion opuesta se selecciona de manera tal que es menor que la presion interna, evitando asi un contrarresto a dicha dilatacion y que permanece lo suficiente para controlar el crecimiento de dilatacion de manera tal que es posible asegurar un grosor de material sustancialmente constante sobre la misma circunferencia.
