    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attenuate noise in a mechanical multistory parking lot to around 40 dB to allow it to be preferably used also at night in a zone where quietness is required.SOLUTION: A soundproof cover 5 for covering a motor 4 is arranged over the motor 4 which lifts a lifting frame 3 having a car-loaded pallet 32. Under a partial opening in an underside of the soundproof cover 5, a cylindrical noise attenuation box 6 with an open underside is arranged. In the attenuation box 6, partial partition panels 62 are provided at vertical intermediate positions of the inner wall surface thereof and an S-shaped or M-shaped curved communication passage 63 is formed inside thereof, and sound of the motor is attenuated by the inner wall and sound absorption and sound insulation materials 7 of the partial partition panels 62. Furthermore, vibration-proof materials 8 are interposed in positions where vibration is generated due to the rotary-driven motor 4. Noise is attenuated by 6 to 7 dB by the vibration-proof materials 8, and further attenuated by a few dB by the soundproof cover 5 and the noise attenuation box 6. Thus, the noise can be suppressed to 50 dB or less.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a covering bolt which allows an object such as a solar cell module and a greening base to be installed on a new construction or an existing slate roof.SOLUTION: A covering bolt 1 is fitted and screwed on the bolt axis of a hook bolt 21 which projects on a slate roof 2 for use in roofing roof cover. A bearing member 5 is installed on a roof 2, using the cover bolt 1 or an overlapping bolt 3 screwed thereto as a fixing base. An object to be installed on the roof is fixed to the bearing member 5. The covering bolt 1 is provided with a through-hole 13 in the bolt axis 12 extending from the bolt head 11 from which the hook bolt 21 is received. The inner face of the through-hole 13 is provided with a female thread for screwing with the hook bolt 21. The covering bolt 1 is provided with a plurality of slits 15 extending from the bolt head 11 to an intermediate position in longitudinal direction, so as to be fitted and screwed on an existing rusted or corroded hook bolt 21 through expansion of the covering bolt 1.

The fitting body 1 is rotatable relative to the supporting bolt 3, and the fitting body 1 and the supporting bolt 3 are relatively position-changeable in the range of the oblong hole, and so the supporting bolt 4 can be hung and supported at any angle.
