    • The present invention relates to aqueous based tackifier fluids and their use in stabilizing particulates in propped fractures. Some embodiments of the present invention provide methods of creating a proppant pack in a subterranean formation, comprising introducing an aqueous servicing fluid comprising proppant particulates, wherein at least some of the proppant particulates are at least partially coated with an aqueous tackifier compound, into a subterranean fracture; and , activating the aqueous tackifier compound so as to form a proppant pack. Other embodiments provide methods of stabilizing a proppant pack comprising introducing an aqueous tackifier compound to at least a portion of an existing proppant pack; and, activating the aqueous tackifier compound so as to stabilize the proppant pack. Other embodiments provide servicing fluids comprising proppant particulates and an aqueous fluid wherein at least some of the proppant particulates are at least partially coated with an aqueous tackifier compound.

    • The present invention relates to removal of filter cakes in subterranean formations. More particularly, the present invention provides filter cake degradation compositions and methods of degrading filter cakes. The present invention provides methods of degradation a fluid-loss additive component in a portion of a filter cake in a subterranean formation comprising: contacting the fluid-loss additive component with a filter cake degradation composition that comprises a precipitation resistant enzyme, wherein the precipitation resistant enzyme is capable of degrading the fluid-loss additive component; and allowing the filter cake degradation composition to at least partially degrade the fluid-loss additive component in a portion of the filter cake. The present invention also provides filter cake degradation compositions comprising a precipitation resistant enzyme component that will at least partially degrade a portion of a filter cake.

    • Sealant compositions comprising a colloidal stabilized latex and methods of using the same to service a wellbore are provided. The sealant compositions may include; an aliphatic conjugated diene monomer; an additional monomer comprising a non-aromatic unsaturated mono-or di- carboxylic ester monomer, an aromatic unsaturated monomer, a nitrogen-containing monomer, or combinations thereof; and a protective colloid. The foregoing sealant composition may be displaced into the wellbore to isolate the subterranean formation from a portion of the wellbore, to support a conduit in the wellbore, to plug a void or crack in the conduit, to plug a void or crack in a cement sheath disposed in an annulus of the wellbore, to plug an opening between the cement sheath and the conduit, or combinations thereof. The colloidally stabilized latex remains substantially stable when exposed to salt, which may be present in the wellbore and/or in the sealant composition itself.
