    • An arrangement of non-volatile memory transistors constructed in symmetric pairs within the space defined by intersecting pairs of word and bit lines of a memory array. The transistors have spaced apart sources and drains separated by a channel and having a floating gate over the channel characteristic of electrically erasable programmable read only memory transistors, except that there is no second poly gate. Only a single poly gate is used as a floating charge storage gate. This floating gate is placed sufficiently close to the source or drain of the device as to enable band-to-band tunneling. The floating gate is extended over the substrate to cross a word line where the floating gate is in a capacitive relation. The word line is used to program and erase the floating gate in combination with a source or drain electrode. A block erase mode is available so that the arrangement of transistors can operate as a flash memory. The single layer of poly has a T-shape, with the T-top used as the communication member with the word line and a T-base used as a floating gate. Both T-members are at the same potential. The intersecting pairs of word and bit lines resemble a tic-tac-toe pattern, with a central clear zone wherein pairs of symmetric non-volatile memory transistors are built.

    • A height adjustable work seat is disclosed. The work seat is collapsible and extendable, and has a base, a seat pan and four folding and lockable legs. Four wheels are mounted to the bottom of the base. The folding legs connect the seat pan to the base. Each folding leg pivots at the base, the seat pan and a center pivot. The seat pan is at a maximum height relative to the base with the four folding legs fully extended. The seat pan is at a minimum height relative to the base with the four folding legs fully folded. A releasable locking mechanism secures each of the folding legs in a fully extended condition. One or more crossbars may connect opposing sleeve locks, aiding in locking, unlocking, folding or extending the pair of legs between which each crossbar extends. The seat pan may have a seatback.

    • A system and method to implement a molecular transfer lithography process is described. A destroyable nanopatterned template coated with functional material is attached to a removable carrier that is held suspended over a substrate, and a shaped pressure pad brings the functional material into contact with the substrate, initiating adhesion of the functional material to the surface of the substrate, and then detracting the pressure pad from the substrate. The substrate with destroyable template and removable carrier is then sent for further processing. In a preferred embodiment, the system and method are used to process a patterned polyvinyl alcohol template coated with a functional material that is thermal adhered to a substrate and after pressing, subjected to a water bath to dissolve away the template and carrier, leaving the functional material patterned on the substrate.

    • A server-based files and tasks brokerage system and method are disclosed. In response to receiving a request from a requesting computing device, the server posts the request to a request queue. The request is for a requested mobile telephonic device to perform a task. The server posts a first notification to a first notification queue, in response to receiving the request. The server pushes the first notification to the requested device upon confirming a connection. Upon detecting a first condition of the task being for the requested device to receive a file, the server transfers the file from a file repository. Upon detecting a second condition of the task being for the requested device to send a file, the server transfers the file to the file repository. In response to confirming task completion, the server posts a second notification to a second notification queue associated with the requesting device.
