SOLUTION: An oscillation circuit 10 having an oscillator 11 for generating a clock signal is provided with a D/A converter 30 and a variable capacitance element 31 such as a variable capacitive diode for varying the oscillation frequencies of the oscillation circuit 10 according to the output control signal. Digital data from a logic gate 20 or an address signal from a CPU 40 or the like is inputted to the D/A converter 30, and the frequencies of the clock signal are varied within a prescribed range so that the peak of an EMI radiation noise can be diffused.
