SOLUTION: The bottle can sealing mechanism comprises a metal cap to be fitted to a metal can and a synthetic resin-made middle plug. The cap has a top wall and a skirt wall hanging from a peripheral edge of the top wall. A synthetic resin-made liner is provided on a back side of the top wall. The middle plug has a side wall part to be locked to an inner peripheral surface of a mouth part. A sealing part to which a liner of the cap is tightly fitted is formed on an outer peripheral surface of a top part and an outer surface of a curled part in a state in which the cap and the middle plug are fitted to the metal bottom.
