In the window open-close device, the link mechanism 4 is composed of a lever 5 moved by the wire 31 and a return spring 53, a rotating arm 62 rotated by an urging by the lever 5 and a twisting arm 64 connecting both the rotating arm 62 and a bracket 23 for the movable fitting section through ball joints 63 and 65. Ferner ist die Sicherungsvorrichtung dazu ausgebildet, in Abhängigkeitsowohl von dem erfassten jeweiligen Zustand des Flügels als auch von der erfassten jeweiligen Stellung der Beschlaganordnung ein jeweiliges Zustandssignal, insbesondere an eine Alarmvorrichtung, auszugeben.
