    • Disclosed is a rotatable urinal combined with a toilet. The rotatable urinal includes, in a upper part thereof, a urinal drain tube of a U-shape trap, a urine connecting tube which is rotatable and height adjustable, a lid, and a water supply tube and a water supply valve to disperse the cleaning water. Where, the urinal drain tube is formed in both parts of the top surface of a rear part of a toilet body as one body type with the toilet body for users to assemble the rotatable urinal in any of the left side and right side. The rotatable urinal helps to use much less water by assembling and installing the rotatable urinal in the toilet separately.

    • An efficient dual-use toilet that provides a simple, easy-to-use and reliable solution to the problem of wasted toilet flush water is disclosed. The improved toilet provides a two-compartment toilet bowl, wherein the main bowl is used for solid waste and a hydrophobic secondary bowl is used for liquid waste. When only the secondary bowl is used, the toilet does not require flushing. When the toilet is flushed for solid wastes, water simultaneously cleanses the secondary bowl. Importantly, the drain line for the secondary bowl is configured such that during the flush cycle air is prevented coming back through the sewer system and into the household. The system is fully automatic and provides a very easy-to-learn “flush and forget” solution for the user. The amount of water flushed to the sewer system is greatly reduced, and consequently so is the burden on fresh water supply systems as well as the energy cost in required to deliver water.

    • A device for wetting toilet tissue comprising a small, enclosed reservoir fitted with air vents, a finger actuated valve lever, an inlet and outlet orifice and a water flow controlling valve. The device attaches to a bracket that is secured at the other end to the upper toilet bowl flange by one of the toilet seat mounting screws and nuts, positioning the device under the water closet tank and protruding slightly forward. The water is supplied via a small plastic flexible tubing connected to a tubular "T" that is installed between the water closet overflow pipe and the orifice nozzle that is part of the water closet filling ballcock valve. Water flows into the small capacity reservoir whenever the toilet is flushed. To minimize having cold water replacing the ambient-air warmed water in the reservoir, a float actuating lever closes the input orifice when the reservoir is full. A venting orifice allows the release of air being displaced by the inflowing water. This vent is also connected by a parallel flexible tubing that leads back to the toilet water closet tank.

    • Apparatus for cleaning internal surfaces of water closets ("WCs") and similar fixtures includes a container to be placed near the fixture to be cleaned. A brush is stored in a lower section of the container, and it is removed from the container to clean the WC. A water supply system in an upper section of the container includes water conduits and a flexible tube which is retractably mounted on a rolling up device. Water flows from the flexible tube through the brush handle to an impeller which rotates the brush, and the water sprays the bristles to keep the brush clean and to prevent the formation of deposits on the bristles. When the brush is inside the container, a cleaning rod protrudes into the bristles, and the brush is rotated to clean its bristles further.

    • A water closet includes a urinal disposed adjacent to a stationary bowl which is movable between a retracted position and a used position in which the urinal is arranged to receive liquid waste. The urinal is pivotally mounted to the water closet to allow the urinal to be pivoted between the retracted position and the used position. In one embodiment, the urinal pivots about a horizontal axis, while in another embodiment the urinal pivots about a vertical axis. In both embodiments, the use position is disposed forwardly of the retracted position with to respect to the user, and when in the retracted position the urinal is disposed in a recess in the tank of the water closet. A plunger-activated valve is mounted on the tank to supply a limited amount of water (such as one pint) to the urinal for flushing when the urinal is returned to the retracted position.

    • A vacuum toilet system for a vehicle (such as a boat) has numerous advantages. A single pump with valves on opposite sides of it may be used as both the vacuum source and for discharging sewage from a holding tank. Two sets of multiple heads may be selectively connected to two pumps for emergency purposes. The vacuum toilet includes a sealing element with an integral movable valve engaging element including polytetrylflouroethylene and synthetic rubber, and at the same durometer (55-65). The initial passageway provided by movement of the valve with respect to the seal is disposed directly above the center line of an orifice. An anti-siphon valve assembly has a simple construction of a housing with parallel legs and anti-siphon air passage in alignment with one of the legs. A spray nozzle extends from the other legs of the anti-siphon valve assembly. The toilet funnel/orifice is universally connected to conduits. The vacuum tank is blow molded of plastic, has universal ports including one continuous from the tank walls so that no accumulation takes place in the tank. Longitudinal ribs along the tank provide for easy connection to a support. A vacuum sensor is mounted to one of the vacuum tank ports with fasteners disposed exteriorly of the tank, and without the need for an O-ring. The pump comprises a rolling diaphragm pump in a housing with a sump, and the stem from the pump is plastic with pegs that are staked or ultrasonically welded to the movable pump element. A powdered metal crank arm connects the pump stem to a drive motor, the crank arm being the fail-safe part of the pump.
