    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressurizing pen which enables easy execution of a knocking operation by a small force and excels in the feeling in the use. SOLUTION: A pressurizing pump mechanism 16 is constituted of a pressurizing member 18 which has a pressurizing chamber 21 communicating with the inside of a medium holding tube 6 and is so provided at the rear end opening part 6b of the medium holding tube 6 as to be extensible and contractible axially, and of a pressing member 17 which presses the pressurizing member 18 in the direction of compression and also operates with a push-in motion of a knocking mechanism 10. The inside of the medium holding tube 6 is pressurized by making the pressurizing member 18 change in the shape with compression by the pressing member 17 so that the pressurizing chamber 21 is brought to an airtight state, while the pressurizing member 18 is so restored as to extend axially by a pressing-opening motion of the pressing member 17 and thereby the inside of the medium holding tube 6 is kept in a state of communication with the open air.     • PURPOSE:To prevent the stain of hands in a glue application operation by a method wherein a ball receiving hole is opened on the upper end of a nozzle head provided on a glue charging port opened on the upper end of a cylindrical container, and a part of an application ball is exposed outside from the ball receiving hole when the application ball is rotatably depressed. CONSTITUTION:When the applicator is used, a cap G is removed from a nozzle part 7 of a nozzle head C so that the nozzle part 7 is exposed, a peripheral surface 5 of a connecting part of the nozzle head C is grasped by fingers like a writing utensil, and an application ball F on the tip end of the nozzle head is depressed on the required position of paper or the like to be coated against a leg-opening restoring elastic force of legs 11, 12 of a forked spring E. In this manner, outer circular surfaces 14 of the ends of the legs are pressed into along an upward larger-diameter tapered surface 10, whereby a glue is oozed from a gap generated between the application ball F and a ball receiving hole B. By further sliding the applicator like a wriring utensil, the application ball F smoothly rotates against the leg-opening restoring elastic force of the legs 11, 12 while being rather fitted into the ball receiving hole 8. Therefore, the glue adhering to the unexposed-side satinized surface of the application ball F is being uniformly linearly transferred and applied to the target position without irregularities with the rotation of the application ball F.
