摘要： PURPOSE:To increase filter efficiency of microporous membrane, enhance flow and offer a much longer life by casting and solidifying polymer solution melted in polar organic solvent and crosslinking swelling agent and heat-treated in the presence of water vapor after being dried. CONSTITUTION:Resin of polysulfone and fluorine bases, polyamide of aliphatic family and the like are solved in good solvent, mixed solvent of good and non-solvents and a mixture of several kinds of solvents carrying different dissolving degrees against polymer. Concentration is preferably 5-30 weight %, and 1-60 weight % of electrolytic water solution having 0.5-10 volume % against solvent may be added. The said raw liquid for preparing membrane is cast over the substrate, which is impregnated immediately after casting or after a specified time. The membrane thus prepared is dried and treated in the air containing water vapor at the temperature 100-180 deg.C for 10-20 miutes. Partial pressure of water vapor is preferably more than 0.05.By the said process, filter flow is increased while filter efficiency is maintained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the titled thin film containing a pigment dispersed therein in a high concentration, by integrating a thin film of a poly-p-xylylene and a pigment into a composite while keeping the pigment in a state dispersed on the thin film. CONSTITUTION:A raw material 4 for a poly-p-xylylene, held in a sublimation part or a vaporization part 4, is sublimed or vaporized by heating to 100-200 deg.C in an electric furnace 3, fed to a decomposition part 5, decomposed by heating to 600-800 deg.C in an electric furnace 3 and fed to a polymerization part 6 communicating with a vacuum system 8. At the same time, a pigment contained in a high-thermal conductivity, high-heat resistance tube 9 with one end thereof being stopped is sublimed or vaporized by heating with a heater 12 and fed to the polymerization part 6 to allow the surface of a deposition plate 7 to adsorb a 0.1-10mum-thick poly-p-xylylene film which, together with the pigment, forms a composite in which the pigment is dispersed in a concentration of 10 mol/l or below.

摘要： Provided among other things is a method of forming a composite glove with a grip texture, comprising: (a) providing a coagulant-coated support layer that is a fabric layer or a polymeric layer; (b) dip applying to the support layer a foamed polymer dispersion comprising about 0.5% to about 2.0% by weight hygroscopic agent; (c) allowing a portion of the applied foamed polymer dispersion to coagulate based the coagulant diffusing from the support layer to form a partially coagulated foam layer; (d) washing the partially coagulated foam layer to remove uncoagulated polymer to form a coagulated foam layer; and (e) vulcanizing the coagulated foam layer to form a vulcanized open foam layer laminated to the support.
