    • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Fördervorrichtung für eine Fahrzeugbremsanlage, zum Fördern von Druckmittel in wenigstens eine Fahrzeugbremse, oder zum Fördern von Druckmittel in einen Druckmittelspeicher, oder zum Fördern von Druckmittel in einen Hauptbremszylinder, mit wenigstens einem, in einem Aufnahmekörper (4) bewegbar angeordneten Kolben (2) zur Verdrängung von Druckmittel aus einem Arbeitsraum (5), sowie mit wenigstens einem Rückschlagventil (9,9') zur Ventilation des Arbeitsraumes (5), und zur temporären Abtrennung einer hydraulischen Verbindung zwischen dem Arbeitsraum (5) und einem hydraulischen Kanal, wobei das Rückschlagventil (9) zumindest einen Ventilsitz und einen Ventilkörper (12) aufweist.
      Um einen möglichst einfachen Aufbau des Rückschlagventiles (9) zu ermöglichen, ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, dass der Ventilsitz (11) aus mehreren, gesonderten, Ventilsitzsegmenten (13,14) zusammengefügt ist.

    • A check valve is for use in a fluid system. A valve body has an inlet end (38A), a valve cavity (34A), and an outlet end (42A). A valve enables a valve assembly to control the flow of fluid therethrough. A plug (30A) of the valve assembly includes tapered and non-tapered sections, the tapered section having a cross section that increases in diameter in a direction that is downstream from the inlet end of the valve body. A sealing ring (26A) is mounted to reciprocate on the non-tapered section and an elastomeric actuation ring (28A) is mounted along the tapered section. The tapered section biases the actuation ring to a normal position, at which the actuation ring contacts and positions the sealing ring in contact with the valve body and the valve assembly to prevent fluid from flowing out the outlet end of the valve body.

    • An improved mixing unit (170) and check valve (930A, 930C) for a fluid pumping system wherein gradient proportioning is performed at high pressure are described. The mixing unit has lining means disposed on the inner surface of the chamber (406) for preventing frictional contact between the steel of the chamber and the surface of the rotor (416). The lining means is formed of a polymeric material selected for frictional compatibility with the rotor, and avoids formation of undesirable particulates by friction with the rotor surface. The check valve (930A, 930C) has a poppet (932) comprising a midsection (938) dimensioned to provide forward and rearward surfaces against which fluid flow will exert force, a first arm (934) extending transversely from the midsection first side toward the valve inlet (954), a second arm (936) extending transversely from the midsection second side toward the valve outlet (950), and first and second resilient seals (944, 946) respectively annularly disposed about the first and second arms. The resilient seals are formed of a resiliently compressible material, and have an uncompressed thickness which is somewhat greater than the first arm length.
