    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal in which user convenience is pursued by notifying present user location even after the mobile communication terminal such as a mobile phone with a GPS function is powered off.
      SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a mobile communication function with a GPS function comprising: a GPS receiving section 105 for receiving signal data from a GPS satellite; a location measuring section 107 for determining a present location of the mobile communication terminal based on said signal data; a location information transmitting section 108 for transmitting location information or the like determined by the location measuring section 107; a control section 104 for outputting an instruction of a location information transmission request to the location information transmitting section 108; and a timer circuit 102 for powering on the mobile communication terminal at preset time intervals after powering-off. While the mobile communication terminal is powered on, the location information or the like of the mobile communication terminal is automatically transmitted at preset time intervals and even after the mobile communication terminal is powered off, the location information or the like of the mobile communication terminal can be automatically transmitted at preset time intervals.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system whereby a battery charging operation is surely carried out even when a child or an elderly person possesses a mobile type slave unit and to provide a system whereby a sure contact can be obtained from the mobile unit for a response to an important and particular instruction such as tracing of missing people even when the residual capacity of battery is decreased.
      SOLUTION: In the case that the charging of battery of the slave unit is not quickly executed even when the battery residual capacity of the slave unit is decreased, a master unit possessed by the parent displays the reduction of the battery residual capacity of the slave unit. Further, in the case that the battery residual capacity of the slave unit is decreased resulting in causing risk of arising hindrance to the operations, the master unit stores particular instruction contents to a nonvolatile memory in the slave unit or to a management server so that operations in response to the instruction can be carried out after the battery residual capacity is restored to a sufficient capacity. Thus, the parent can monitor the reduction in the battery residual capacity of the slave unit possessed by the children or the like to prevent a worn-out battery, and even when the battery residual capacity of the slave unit is deficient, the slave unit can respond to the particular important instruction after the restoration of the battery residual capacity.
