A base material of an electric contact is provided with a first contact part that is in contact with a first electrode of a first electric component, a second contact part that is in contact with a second electrode of a second electric component, and a spring part that presses the first contact part to the first electrode, and a wear-resistant contact point film is formed on a distal end portion of the first contact part. Furthermore, a highly conductive film is formed between a region of the wear-resistant contact point film and a distal end portion of the second contact part in the base material.

摘要： An electrical system includes a solid state relay (1) and an electrical connector (2) that connects solid state relay (1) to a load (4). The solid state relay (1) includes a power MOSFET (Q1) for switching power to the load (4). A PNP transistor (Q2) monitors the voltage drop across the power MOSFET (Q1), and shuts the power MOSFET off when the voltage drop exceeds a reference level. The solid state relay circuitry floats when the power MOSFET is commanded OFF so there is no leakage to ground. The relay (1) can be used with an electrical connector that includes a short pin (34) or shunt (16) that is disconnected before male and female terminals (12, 22) are unmated. Disconnection of the shunt (16) or the short pin (34) causes the power MOSFET to be commanded OFF so that there is no current flowing through the male and female terminals (12, 22) when they reach an arc susceptible position. The solid state relay (1) and the connector (2) are suitable for use in a 42 Volt automotive electrical system.

摘要： A socket for an electric component includes a socket body in which a contact pin is provided in a housing part and a cover member provided so as to be rotatable with respect to the socket body. The cover member has a cover member body and a heat slug in contact with an electric component. The heat slug is configured so as to move downward and press the electric component by being pressed from above by a cooling head in a state in which the cover member is closed. In a state in which the electric component is housed in the housing part, a restricting mechanism allows the downward movement of the heat slug, whereas in a state in which the electric component is not housed in the housing part, the restricting mechanism prevents the downward movement of the heat slug.

摘要： The present invention relates to a card-type terminal such as a PC card with a memory card such as a USIM card. It allows a memory card to be secured easily on a tray and inserted easily into a card-type terminal. A card-type terminal includes a tray slidable in and out freely with a memory card mounted, and a guide which helps the tray slide in and houses the inserted tray; in which the memory card is placed on the tray, which is slid into the guide, thereby installing the memory card in the card-type terminal. The tray has a holder which secures, to the tray, the forward-end center section of the memory card mounted along the insertion direction of the tray and an elastic restraining piece which secures, to the tray, the backward-end center section of the memory card mounted along the insertion direction of the tray.
