    • PURPOSE: A door structure for an electrical fence is provided to open/close the door of an electrical fence with least force since the principles of a tension spring and a pulley are properly utilized. CONSTITUTION: A door structure for an electrical fence comprises a first space and a second space. The first space is formed between one of insulating support rods(8) and a neighboring insulating support rod. The second space is formed between the first space and the neighboring insulating support rod. A handle body(7) is formed in the second space. An elastic member(2), a pulley(1) and a wire(9), of which at least part returns the pulley, are successively coupled. The elastic member is restored from one insulating support rod to the other insulating support rod in the first space. One end of the wire is fixed to the other insulating support rod and the other end of the wire is coupled to the handle body.

    • A self-closing gate assembly comprising an elongate hanging post having a longitudinally-extending axis and a gate-forming barrier movably mounted on the hanging post. A sleeve may be mounted co-axially and rotatably over the hanging post with gate-forming barrier connected to the sleeve and extending radially therefrom. The assembly is provided with closure means to urge the barrier to a predetermined rotational position relative to the hanging post when displaced therefrom. Rate control means may be used to control rotational velocity of the barrier relative to the hanging post. In an alternative embodiment the assembly includes a closing post connected to the hanging post in such a way as to prevent relative movement. The connecting means could be beneath the barrier and in use could be buried below a surface above which the barrier swings.

    • This invention relates to a hinge system for interconnecting and/or pivoting a variety of objects relative to a support and/or a support member of the hinge of the hinge system. The support member (3) of the hinge includes multiple apertures (5-7) to attach and/or position the support member (3) relative to a support, another support member or the object. However, the hinge can also be used in a variety of other applications including, but not limited to, supporting/hinging a vehicle tail-gate, a door or panel, or a vehicle ramp.

    • A gate hinge assembly is adapted to allow a gate to be able to be lifted or moved vertically during horizontal rotational movement about a support post. The assembly allows a gate to be pivotally connected at the top to a part which is connected and supported by the support post. The part provides sliding means at a lower end so that the lower end of the gate is slidably retained by the sliding means at a lower end of the part, to allow rotation of the lower end of the gate with respect to the lower end of the part, about a first pivot means at the top, such that a lower end of the gate is movably spaced from a corresponding lower end of the part. When in use, the gate and gate hinge assembly are horizontally rotated about the support post while at the same time, the gate is vertically raised about the gate hinge assembly in response to a changing contour of the support surface.
