摘要： According to the first variant of the invention, the inventive method consists in using a thread in the form of a thread which is made of an elastic shaped plastic material provided with protective elements, bringing said thread into contact with the slot of a grid cylinder prior to the contact of the grid with a paper pulp, placing the thread core on the slot bottoms for fixing said thread core to the surface of paper, raising wings upward by means of inclined slots and in fixing said wings in the paper thickness during shaping and pressing. According to the second variant, the thread contact with the slot is carried out after the contact of the grid with the paper pulp, the thread core being disposed on the layer of the slot bottom and inside the paper. The wings are raised upward by means of the inclined walls of the slot and fixed to the paper surface by dehydration during shaping and pressing. In the third and fourth variants, the thread is embodied in the form of an endless strip which is made of a metallised plastic material and provided with a central core carrying visually controlled or machine-readable protective information and with side elements in the form of wings which are disposed symmetrically and/or asymmetrically with respect to the longitudinal axis of said core and arranged in an ordered and/or disordered periodical manner.

摘要： A method and an apparatus for treating pulp are described. The apparatus comprises a vessel (10) in which a wire-surfaced cylinder (12) is mounted and tightly sealed at the ends, a doctor blade (92) located externally of the wire surface and a source of pressure medium for moving and discharging a pulp web from the wire surface. A plurality of adjacent filtrate compartments (20) form a shell on the cylinder (12) and filtrate tubes are located at at least one end of the cylinder (12) and extend inwardly from the compartments (20). A suction means is connected to the inner end of the filtrate tubes and the doctor blade (92) is provided such as to be flexible in the radial direction of the cylinder (12) to provide an improved removal of pulp from the wire surface.

摘要： Изобретение относится к способам изготовления бумаги с защитой от подделки, используемой для изготовления защищенной от подделки полиграфической продукции. В первом варианте выполнения в способе изготовления бумаги, защищенной от подделки формируют бумажное полотно с защитной лентой шириной более 2 мм, которую заделывают в это полотно при его формовании на сеточном цилиндре, при этом защитную ленту вводят в массу так, что до ее контакта с цилиндром формуют волокнистую наслойку за исключением областей на поверхности цилиндра, где не происходит образование наслойки за счет отсутствия фильтрующей способности. Защитную ленту позиционируют на цилиндре таким образом, что часть ее поверхности совмещается с элементами цилиндра, на которых образование наслойки не идет, и образуются зоны свободного доступа - окна с сеточной стороны бумаги. Области на поверхности цилиндра с отсутствием фильтрующей способности создают закрытием сетки филигранью, или заливкой сетки водонепроницаемым материалом, или выполнением в сетке сквозных отверстий. Со стороны, противоположной сеточной, защитная лента полностью или частично открыта, и в местах совпадения окон с сеточной стороны и полного или частичного выхода защитной ленты с противоположной стороны бумаги образуются сквозные окна. Во втором, третьем и четвертом вариантах способа изготовления бумаги, защищенной от подделки, формируют бумажное полотно с защитной лентой шириной более 2 мм, обеспечивая выход защитной ленты на обе стороны бумажного полотна с получением эффекта сквозного окна.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for treating pulp, which method and apparatus are especially suitable for treating fiber suspensions in wood processing industry. The method and apparatus are particularly designed for thickening said suspensions, in other words filtering liquids from fiber suspensions in pulp and paper industry. The invention relates more closely to a so called drum cylinder, the basic construction of which comprises a vessel, into which suspension being thickened is supplied and a wire-surfaced cylinder rotating in the vessel. The drum filter in accordance with the present invention is characterized in that the closing member (40) of the drum filter has a channel (70) for leading gas from the filtrate tubes (24) through the compartments of the distribution chamber (26) to the outside of the closing member (40). The method in accordance with the present invention is characterized in that the operation phase of the filter cylinder is divided into five stages separated from each other, in the first stage, when the cylinder descends into the vessel, air and the initial filtrate are discharged from the filtrate compartments and the formation of the pulp web on the wire surface begins; in the second stage filtrate is discharged with vacuum and the formation of the pulp web continues; in the third stage pulp web is dried by means of vacuum when said part of the web has risen with the cylinder from the vessel; in the fourth stage, a so called removal stage, pulp web is removed from the wire surface and discharged from the apparatus; and in the fifth stage, a so called washing stage, the wire surface is washed.
