    • PURPOSE: An inoculation equipment for mushroom spawn and a method thereof are provided to safely protect against destructive fungus and automatically inoculate spawn stably on a culture medium by combining on the culture medium under an aseptic condition. CONSTITUTION: An inoculation equipment for mushroom spawn comprises a culture medium input part(100) which permeates the vinyl coated culture medium and forms a pillar; the culture medium transfer unit(200) which transfers the culture medium through the chain belt; the culture medium sterilizing part(300) which steriliizes the surface of culture medium transferred and sprayed with medicinal fluid; the spawn grinder(400) which grindsthe spawn culture; the inoculation pipe(500) which has a lower part inserted to the exterior of the culture medium surface; spawn transferring screw(600) which transfers spawn powder to the inoculation pipe by pushing; and the spawn inoculation part(700) which has a pressurized piston for the spawn powder pressurization to push into the surface of the culture medium. The lower part of the inoculation pipe comprises a cut slope cut in the direction of a certain slope. For one culture medium, three or four spawn culture mediums are inoculated with three or four the inoculation pipes, and the transferring screws are located on each inoculation pipe. The inoculation pipe is arranged in order to be height adjustable. The spawn sealing part(800) is additionally comprised to surround the vinyl on the spawn powder infiltrated culture medium surface.
