The method further includes contacting the copper film with a carbon-containing gas for about 5 minutes. The method further includes cooling the copper film to room temperature to produce a graphene layer on the copper film.

摘要： The present invention relates to polyamic acid compositions containing graphene oxides, in which a part of oxide groups is reduced, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the polyamic acid compositions are manufactured by containing the graphene oxides, in which the part of oxide groups is reduced, and polyimide films are manufactured by containing the polyamic acid compositions, thereby providing the polyimide films with improved mechanical strength and electrical conductivity. When the graphene oxide is reduced, at least one reducing agent is selected from N, N-dimethylformamide (DMF), hydrazine, and L-ascorbic acid. Therefore, the polyimide films containing the polyamic acid compositions are manufactured and can rapidly develop related industries by being applied to IT, electronic, and aerospace industries.
