摘要： The present invention relates to a top and a spinning device that spins a top. The top is formed to have a multi-shape body where a rotating ball is coupled with a lower portion of a central shaft of rotation and an upper cap is coupled with an upper portion of the central shaft of rotation. The body is configured such that an upper body and a lower body are coupled between the upper cap and the rotating ball. Multiple color fixed rings with different colors are inserted into and coupled with the outer circumferential edge of the upper body. A permanent magnet is inserted to the inner periphery of an upper end of the lower body. The spinning device is composed of a pistol type handle and a rotating housing. A top storage portion in which a plurality of tops are stored, a trigger, a rotating housing, and a supporting housing are formed in the pistol type handle. A compression portion, a rotating string winding portion, and an opening/closing member are formed in the rotating housing. The tops that are inserted into the rotating housing can be rotated at the same time and dropped successively so that the multiple tops can be rotated on a floor without collision.
