摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of obtaining bearing pre-load simply and accurately. SOLUTION: Outer rings of first and second roller bearings 6, 7 are assembled in the axial fixed positions of a housing 1, inner rings 6a, 7a are fitted to a shaft 2 by tight fitting, a rolling element is disposed between the inner rings and the outer rings of the first and second roller bearings 6, 7, and a pressure medium is introduced between the contact surfaces of the inner ring 7a of the second roller bearing 7 and the shaft 2. A film of a pressure medium between the contact surfaces to force the inner ring 7a to displace in the axial direction, the axial force is applied to the inner ring 7a of the second roller bearing 7, such axial force is measured, and when the axial force reaches a preset value, a pressure medium between the inner ring 7a and the shaft 2 is removed and release the axial force. Thus, a pre-load roller bearing assembly is assembled through the above procedure.
