摘要： Disclosed are a pressure swing adsorption apparatus for hydrogen purification and a hydrogen purification method using the same. The pressure swing adsorption apparatus for hydrogen purification includes a plurality of adsorption columns connected with a feed supply pipe, a hydrogen storage tank for collecting purified hydrogen from the adsorption columns, and valves for opening or closing a plurality of pipes connected to the respective adsorption columns, and the adsorption columns are packed with adsorbent beds of active alumina or silica gel, activated carbon, zeolite 13X, zeolite 5 A, and a carbon monoxide-selective adsorbent other than the zeolite 5A, in order to remove carbon dioxide, methane, and carbon monoxide from a hydrogen- containing gas mixture supplied through the feed supply pipe, and the content of carbon monoxide in the discharged hydrogen is minimized through sequential adsorption on the adsorbents in the adsorption columns. The content of carbon monoxide in the purified hydrogen product can be decreased to 10 ppm or less, thus facilitating the production of highly pure hydrogen products.

摘要： An extrusion mold for molding a ceramic membrane having an one-end closed tube structure which is easily integrated and has a high gas separation efficiency, and a fabrication method of a ceramic membrane tube using the same, the extrusion mold comprised of an outer mold, an inner mold and an extrusion hole end cap, wherein the cap has a through hole at its center for controlling an extrusion molding density, and a passage is formed in each of the inner and outer molds for maintaining an inner pressure of an extruded tube to be the same as an outer pressure. The one-end closed ceramic membrane tube is fabricated by supplying a ceramic mixture into the extrusion mold in a state that the end of the extrusion hole of the extrusion mold is closed by the cap, removing the cap after filling the mixture in the end of the extrusion hole, and further supplying the mixture into the extrusion mold to obtain a tubular ceramic extrusion body with a particular length.

摘要： The present invention relates to a heating device for exhaust gas in an internal-combustion engine, which is driven by using LPG, LNG, a volatile oil, a light oil, biodiesel or oxygenated hydrocarbon being DME, the device consisting of a catalyst reactor reformer, an exhaust gas suction section and the second fuel supply device. The exhaust gas suction section is mounted for using oxygen included in the exhaust gas. When the heating device is driven, air and fuels are supplied to the catalyst reactor and the second fuel supply device via a single tube when the heating device is heated. The present invention provides with a heating device for exhaust gas capable of securing the durability of a heating device for exhaust gas and minimizing the amount of air supplied from the outside to the combustion reforming device by excluding carbon depositions in a tube due to a prolysis of LPG, LNG, a volatile oil, a light oil, biodiesel or oxygenated hydrocarbon being DME, and a method for driving the device.

摘要： Disclosed herein are a graphite crucible for electromagnetic induction- based silicon melting and an apparatus for silicon melting/refining using the same, which performs a melting operation by a combination of indirect melting and direct melting. The crucible is formed of a graphite material and includes a cylindrical body having an open upper part through which a silicon raw material is charged into the crucible, and an outer wall surrounded by an induction coil, wherein a plurality of slits are vertically formed through the outer wall and an inner wall of the crucible such that an electromagnetic force created by an electric current flowing in the induction coil acts toward an inner center of the crucible to prevent a silicon melt from contacting the inner wall of the crucible.

摘要： The present invention relates to a preparing process an organic- inorganic composite polymer membrane for fuel cell byusing sol-gel process. At this time, it is characterized in that when a sulfonated hydrocarbons polymer having ion conductivity is cast with film shape, sol-gel process which enables to distribute an inorganic matter having an excellent cation exchange and moisture holding capacity homogeneously is used. With homogeneous introduction of an inorganic matter into a polymer matrix by sol- gel process according to the present invention, it is possible to improve a phenomenon that an inorganic matter is partially concentrated at some position, thereby enabling to obtain an ion conducting organic- inorganic composite polymer membrane having an excellent ion conductivity.

摘要： There is provided an evacuated tubular solar collector with an eccentric type manifold flange capable of changing flow of a heating medium and improving the electric heat performance of a manifold by employing an eccentric end cap with a fluid path and a baffle in the manifold and improving the structure of the manifold. The evacuated tubular solar collector may comprise an evacuated tubular solar collector; a manifold being installed at an upper position of the evacuated tubular solar collector and including a number of heat dissipation holes; eccentric end caps attached to both sides of the manifold, the eccentric end cap including a fluid path; and a baffle attached to an exit of the fluid path through which a fluid flows into. The fluid path and the baffle may be positioned at a tilt angle, thereby to improve uniform transfer of heat in the evacuated tubular solar collector.
