    • Disclosed is a hydrogen generating device formed in a flat-type for actual use, which includes an anode and a cathode connected to each other by a solar cell and a nano-filtration membrane, the anode including photosensitively charge -pair generating photocatalyst immobilized thereto, and the cathode including proton-to-hydrogen reducing enzyme immobilized thereto. The disclosed device includes: a titania photoanode including a metal titanium (Ti) support on which photocatalyst titania (TiO2) in a form of a tube is laminated by anodic oxidation, the titania photoanode being formed to be exposed to light; an anode electrolyte in which the titania photoanode is immersed; a cathode including a titania photoanode material to which enzyme capable of reducing protons to hydrogen is immobilized, the cathode being formed to be not exposed to light; a cathode electrolyte in which the cathode is immersed; a nano-filtration membrane connecting the anode electrolyte and the cathode electrolyte to each other; and a solar cell to be exposed to light, which connects the titania photoanode and the cathode to each other via a conductive wire.
