Syrup conduits are coiled in circular courses within the water bath. The round or cylindrical shape of the dispenser housing is adaptable to many different looks such as cans, bottles, glasses and cups. Preferably the basic cylindrical housing shape is made to look like a can of a beverage. Decorative sleeves which define or simulate the appearance of other types of containers such as bottles, cups and glasses can be easily added to the basic cylindrical housing, as desired, to provide different attractive appearances to promote sales.
