CONSTITUTION:When the detailed information is desired for a particular part W, for example, out of a map picture read and displayed on a CRT, a coordinate extracting means 5 extracts the coordinates of the part W based on the processed picture shown on an output display means 4. Then the extracted coordinates are analyzed by a coordinate analyzing means 6 and the attribute data concerning the analyzed part is retrieved out of an attribute data memory means 8 by an attribute retrieving means 7. Then the attribute data is displayed with magnification by means of a multi-window on the means 4 at a place adjacent to the map picture. Thus an operator can easily comprehend the information attribute information on one particular part out of the map picture just by giving a glance at the picture shown on the means 4.

    • PURPOSE:To decide the inclusiveness relation of two graphics by connecting two closed graphics with a line segment that is crossed or in contact with the graphics, and deciding whether the outsides of both closed graphics are connected with each other, or the outside and the inside of them are connected. CONSTITUTION:First of all, as a diagram vector conversion process 31, a drawing on which an inputted closed graphic is pictured is read using a dedicated computer having a picture processing function, and a picture closed drawing is converted to a thin straight line segment at a high speed. Following that, the closed graphic is extracted with a closed graphic extraction process 32. Next, as a decision objected point extraction process 33, an opposite point to draw the line segment that is not intersected or in contact with both closed graphics between the closed graphics on one side and on the other side, using a general computer. Finally, when both outsides of two closed graphics are connected with each other with the above stated segment, it is decided that they are in a non-inclusiveness relation, and when the outside and the inside are connected, it is decided that they are in an inclusiveness relation, by a closed graphic inclusiveness relation decision process 34.

In addition, the controller 23 calculates difference between two pressure, and in the case it is less than pre-determined value set in advance, an operation mode of a pump main body 3 is controlled in a booster mode, and a power driving command is outputted to an AC/DC converter 24. In the case difference between two pressure is in excess of the pre-determined value, the operation mode is controlled in a pressure reduction mode, and a brake driving command is outputted to a controller 8.

    • PURPOSE:To change a water supply area by using water pressure of a high area water distribution pond having a necessary water quantity without increasing the pressure of an intermediate water supply area and a water supply area, by arranging a cutoff valve and a flow control valve in trunk lines of a water supply area of the high area water distribution pond and a water supply area of a low area water distribution pond. CONSTITUTION:A cutoff valve 41 and a flow control valve 51 are arranged in trunk lines 31 and 32 of both areas in a contact point part where a water supply area 21 of a high area water distribution pond 11 and a water supply area 22 of a low area water distribution pond 12 come into contact with each other. The flow control valve 51 is adjusted according to a demand water quantity of the low area water distribution pond 12 by using water pressure of the high area water distribution pond 11. By arranging a control device 71 capable of linearly changing a water quantity of the water supply area 22 of the low area water distribution pond 12, a flow rate can be linearly changed. By operating an operation valve at one place, equipment investment and operational complexity can be reduced. By controlling a flow rate, an increase in pressure is eliminated, and fear for an increase in water leakage is eliminated.

The treated water sent out of the circulating pump 11 is introduced into the filter basin 2 as circulating water and a circulating water inflow valve 10 is arranged on the injection side of the filter basin of the filtered water circulating pump 11 to control the inflow of circulating water and a filtered water inflow valve 10 is opened when a filter basin inflow valve 8 is in a closed when the water level of the water sending pump 4 is lowered, the outflow valve 9 is opened.

Then, the respective water meters and the respective water taps are described in this distributing water pipe duct chart and afterwards, the water supply house order chart is prepared by automatically preparing a water supply branch pipes basing on the positions of these respective water meters, the positions of respective water taps and the positions of respective distributing water pipes.
