The optical device satisfies for each wavelength band, a relationship of ‘P>L’, where ‘L’ represents a central diffraction wavelength in the first and second volume hologram gratings, defined for a parallel light beam corresponding to a central view angle, and ‘P’ represents a peak wavelength of the parallel light beams.

摘要： The present invention provides a memory control device and a semiconductor processing apparatus which can be flexibly made adapted to a plurality of kinds of semiconductor memories. An SDRAM controller has: a register unit to which a command to be issued and a minimum interval (wait time) between issue of the command and issue of the next command are written by a CPU; and a command issuing unit that stops issue of the next command until the minimum interval written in the register elapses since issue of the command written in the register. Therefore, by changing software for the CPU, the SDRAM controller can be flexibly adapted to a plurality of kinds of SDRAMs.

摘要： A printer that can reduce a manufacturing cost is obtained. The printer according to the invention includes a casing as a base member, a movable member and a spring. The movable member is movable with respect to the casing. The spring is located between the casing and the movable member. The casing is provided at a position opposed to the lower end of the spring with a projected portion (circular convex portion) arranged to pinch the lower end of the spring. The position of the spring with respect to the casing is fixed by the state in which the lower end of the spring is arranged radially inside the circular convex portion. The movable member is provided at a position opposed to the upper end remote from the lower end of the spring with a fixing portion (projected fixing portion) for fixing the upper end of the spring.
