摘要： A lower back exercise apparatus exercises or imparts laterally and upwardly directed movements into a user's lower back when seated thereupon. The lower back exercise apparatus includes a lower base assembly, an upper seat assembly, and a motor assembly. The lower base assembly includes an upper, laterally concave base surface. The upper seat assembly includes a lower, laterally convex seat surface and an upper seat surface. The upper seat assembly is laterally ridable upon and movable relative to the lower base assembly. The motor assembly is drives a laterally directed, cylindrical arc length trajectory of the upper seat assembly relative to the lower base assembly. The concave and convex surfacing have a common radius of curvature with a common fulcrum point spatially located adjacent an upper portion of a user's lumbar spinal region. Lateral flexion is thus imparted into a user's lower back when a user is seated thereupon.

The laterally-opposed plate-engaging structures cooperate with the plate-to-assembly engaging structures for attaching the back-engaging assembly to the slider plate. The bezel structure includes a hemi-ovoidal outer surface, and an assembly-receiving inner surface. The liquid delivery apparatus is received adjacent the assembly-receiving surface and includes a liquid receptacle and liquid delivery elements. The delivery elements are in communication with the bezel structure for outletting liquid from the liquid receptacle to the outer surface. The back-engaging assembly is vertically adjustable relative to the wall-mountable slider plate.

The indexing cap assembly basically incorporates six components, including a cover construction, an indexing plate or wheel, a compression coil or spring, a push plate construction, a gear tray or swing plate construction, and an assembly ring. The cover construction and assembly ring are joined together to essentially form or close the cap assembly with the other parts coaxially aligned and operable therebetween. The indexing wheel is rotatively received within the cover construction such that axial displacements of the push plate advance the indexing wheel and indicia upon its upper surface are sequentially revealed by way of the window formed in the cover construction.
