    • PURPOSE:To safely and effectively control adhesive marine life over a long period at a low cost, by mixing an insoluble oil with a resin, etc., to obtain a jelly or rubbery antifouling material and attaching the material to the surface of a structure contacting with seawater. CONSTITUTION:The adhesion of adhesive marine life to a marine construction such as lighted buoy or seadrome, etc., or a cooling pipe, etc., can be prevented by attaching an antifouling material to the surface of the construction, etc., contacting with seawater. The antifouling material is a plastic material having excellent tensile strength and produced by mixing clay or resin to an insoluble oil (e.g. machine oil, food oil, waste oil, etc.) used as a main component and solidifying the mixture in jelly or rubbery state. For example, a machine oil is added with a plasticizer and the mixture is combined with a general-purpose resin to obtain an Oil-jelly (commercial name) which liquefies at 140-180 deg.C. The jelly is cast on to a substrate having surface-protrusions, etc., and cooled to obtain an elastic solid, which is attached to the surface of a construction e.g. with an adhesive.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously satisfy both of the cost performance and the safety by mounting a fixed support and a movable support on a floor of a conveying path, and providing the supports with the different frictional coefficients so that one of the supports has a function for reducing the friction with respect to a heavy article, and the other support is provided with a braking function with respect to the heavy article. SOLUTION: A fixed support 30 and a movable support 40 respectively having the frictional coefficients largely different from one another, are mounted along the moving direction on a conveying surface of a conveying path 20. The fixed support 30 is made of concrete having high frictional coefficient with respect to a steel material 11, and partially abutting on the bottom steel material 11 of a heavy article 10 to support a body weight of the heavy article 10 at all times, and further exercises the braking function in the movement. The movable support 40 comprises an elevation part 41 providing the friction reducing action in the movement, and an elevating means 42 for moving the elevation part 41 up and down, and the elevation part 41 is raised in the movement of the heavy article 10 partially abutting on the bottom steel material 11 for supporting a part of the body weight of the heavy article 10, whereby the heavy article can be economically moved in safety.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prevent the clogging of a polishing material supply line by interposing a switching valve for manually communicating or cutting a pipeline with/from the atmospheric air on the way of the polishing material supply line. SOLUTION: In the case of stopping spraying by a blasting device 10, before stopping the supply of the high-pressure water, firstly, an outer pipe 22 of a clogging preventing device 20 is rotated so that each hole 24, 25 of both pipes 21, 22 coincide with each other. Polishing material inside of a polishing material supply pipe 17 near a housing 13 is discharged all for vacant. Thereafter, when the high-pressure water is stopped, since inside of the polishing material supply pipe 17 already becomes the atmospheric air pressure, reverse flow of the water in the supply pipe 17 can be prevented. In the case where the clogging preventing device 20 is provided near the housing 13, 1 second is enough for the timing between opening of the pipeline and stop of the high-pressure water. Air is made to flow into the polishing material supply pipe 17 from the clogging preventing device 20 by injecting the high-pressure water in the condition that the pipeline is opened, and the polishing material adhered near a connection part to the housing 13 is blown so as to easily eliminate the clogging.

SOLUTION: Trunk parts 31A to 35A of trees 31 to 35 planted on the ground grow by passing through open ceiling parts 21 to 25 of a building so that branch parts 31B to 35B of these trees become higher than a level of a rooftop R. An area of a plan of the open ceiling parts is formed to be slightly larger than trunk diameters of the trees, and trimming of branches is done when a branch grows from the trunk part so that the trunk part only passes through the open ceiling parts. Moreover, banking is done on the rooftop R to plant plants having shallow roots in order to form a rooftop park due to tree planting effect on the rooftop simultaneously. A green tract of land where big trees and plants grow is provided in a place where buildings are clustered close together without an allowance of a site without requiring great costs. Consequently, tree planting in a city part can be promoted by a simple configuration.

Conveyance in the specified story for materials and so on is suspendibly carried out by a suspension mechanism 30 of the self-propelling cargo-carrying truck 10 after the lift truck 20 loaded in the opening part of this truck 10 enters thereinto. In addition, a movement into different stories is carried out in a state that the self-propelling cargo- carrying truck 10 is uplifted by the forks 23 of the lift truck 20. With this constitution, the self-propelling cargo-carrying truck 10 becomes travelable.
