    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultra-high-strength concrete composition having desired performances. SOLUTION: The ultra-high-strength concrete composition has a water/binder ratio of 10-25% and a unit binder volume of 480-1,800 kg/m 3 and contains 0.2-3.5 pts.wt. admixture. The admixture is (1) a reaction mixture obtained through the following first and second steps and/or(2)a partially or completely neutralized product of the reaction mixture obtained further through the following third step. In the first step, in a non-aqueous system, radical copolymerization of a radically polymerizable monomer mixture containing maleic anhydride and a specific allyl ether monomer in a prescribed ratio is initiated. In the second step, the radical copolymerization is stopped in the middle of the reaction when the polymerization conversion rate reaches 50-90%, and the reaction mixture containing the resulting copolymer and the remaining monomer is obtained.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blast-furnace slag-containing cement slurry composition capable of simultaneously and sufficiently attaining the following 1)-3): 1) the occurrence of carbon dioxide is suppressed by using a blast-furnace slug fine powder in a ratio higher than that of a currently used powder (blast-furnace cement type B), 2) the generation amount of construction sludge to be discarded is restricted by securing the insertability of a stress bearing material (H steel) in a predetermined working time and at the same time, reducing the injection ratio of cement milk into the ground, by imparting sufficient flowability and fluidity retention property to a soil cement slurry, obtained by mixing the cement milk and soil, concretely, imparting the flowability and fluidity retention property to the slurry so that the flow value becomes 200 mm or more, and 3) sufficient water-cutoff performance, strength and the like are developed in a soil cement wall by facilitating uniform mixing between the cement milk and the soil, and to provide a method for preparing a soil cement slurry using the composition.SOLUTION: The method for preparing a soil cement slurry uses the blast-furnace slag-containing cement slurry composition which is prepared so that the mass ratio of water/binder is 100-250% by using, as the binder, a blast-furnace slag composition containing three components of a specific blast-furnace slag fine powder, portland cement, and gypsum in a specific ratio, and using a fluidizing agent in a ratio of 0.1-5 pts.mass per 100 pts.mass of the blast-furnace slag composition, wherein the fluidizing agent contains, as at least a portion of additives, specific two components in a specific ratio.
