    • Systems and methods are disclosed for in-line removal of duplicate network packets in network packet streams operating at high speeds (e.g., 1-10 Gbps and above). A hash generator applies at least one hash algorithm to incoming packets to form one or more different hash values. The packet deduplication systems and methods then use the one or more hash values for each incoming packet to identify data stored for previously received backs and use the identified data to determine if incoming packets are duplicate packets. Duplicate packets are then removed from the output packet stream thereby reducing duplicate packets for downstream processing. A deduplication window can further be utilized to limit the amount of data stored for previous packets based upon one or more parameters, such as an amount of time that has passed and/or a number of packets for which data has been stored. These parameters can also be selected, configured and/or adjusted to achieve desired operational objectives.

    • The present invention relates to an antenna and radio arrangement comprising at least a first antenna and a second antenna, each having a first antenna port and a second antenna port, the arrangement further comprising at least four first transmitting means, where the first antenna's first antenna port is connected to a first transmitting means, the first antenna's second antenna port is connected to a second transmitting means, the second antenna's first antenna port is connected to a third transmitting means, and the second antenna's second antenna port is connected to a fourth transmitting means. At least two transmitting means transmit signals to the corresponding antenna ports, said signals being modulated by the same stream of digital signals and having the same radio carrier frequency, thus accomplishing a spatial combining of the output signals.     • An electromechanical actuator comprises at least two actuating portions of electromechanically active material extending by a generally elongated shape from a back portion. The actuating portions are bimorphs, attached by a first end to a first side of the back portion and positioned parallel to each other one after the other in a first direction. The bimorphs are arranged to provide movements of the second end along the first direction and along the extension of the actuating portion, thereby being able to move relative a body in the first direction. The actuating portions have generally flat internal electrode layers arranged inside the electromechanically active material directed substantially perpendicular to the first direction. The internal electrode layers extend continuously through the actuating portions and into the back portion.

    • An electromechanical motor according to the present invention has a stator with a drive element consisting of two serially connected bending sections and a central drive pad, for actuating on a body to be moved. The drive element extends parallel to the body. The drive pad and/or the body is elastic. Preferably, the drive pad has a lower stiffness than the body. The elasticity of the drive pad allows an assimilation of a part of the travelling wave energy applied to the drive element. The backbone of the stator is arranged to restrict the drive element from being removed from the body, but at the same time allow the drive element to be translated towards the body and even leave the mechanical contact with the backbone for shorter periods of time. Support means are preferably designed with convex surfaces in order to allow self-centering of the different parts of the motor.

    • The present invention discloses an electromechanical actuator arrangement (10) and a method for driving such arrangement, having a plurality of drive elements (14a-d) according to a walking mechanism in a motion relative a body (22). A driving portion of the drive elements (14a-d) are independent movable tangentially and normally to the body (22) surface. The drive elements (14a-d) are driven in the fours cycle steps; gripping, moving the body, releasing and returning to the original position. The drive elements (14a-d) are divided into two exclusive sets. The driving of the sets is phase shifted. At least one of the sets is in contact with the body (22) surface at each instant. The present invention is characterised in that the driving of the drive elements (14a-d) during the gripping sequence is performed in such a way that the drive elements (14a-d) have a velocity, which has a significant tangential component.
