The can is characterised in that the opening element (4) is annular, made of conductive material, and electrically annularly closed in itself in the initial position (AL) and has an antenna (8) having a transponder chip (9), that eddy currents can be induced in the opening element under the influence of an alternating magnetic field, by means of which eddy currents the alternating magnetic field can be attenuated in such a way that the voltage induced by the alternating magnetic field is too low for activation of the transponder chip (9), and that the electrical ring closure is irreversibly eliminated after the opening element has been pivoted upward during the opening of the can, so that the currents induced by the influencing alternating field are no longer sufficient to prevent the activation of the transponder chip (9).
