摘要： Novel chimeric fusion proteins comprising immunodominant epitopes of GAD and insulin are provided. Also provided are immunomodulatory methods for the use of such proteins for both the prevention and treatment of Type 1 diabetes mellitus. The chimeric fusion proteins of the invention are useful in predicting risk of onset of Type I diabetes, determining prognosis of Type 1 diabetes patients early in disease progression, and in evaluating patients for suitability as recipients of transplants of pancreatic cells or tissues. The administration of the proteins of the invention in accordance with the immunomodulatory methods of the invention results in beneficial effects on disease development and severity in patients suffering from or predicted to be at risk of developing Type 1 diabetes, as well as on the outcome of transplants of pancreatic cells or tissues in Type I diabetes patients

摘要： The invention provides a method of bonding wire between first and second bonding points with a bonding tool, such as a capillary. It comprises the steps of forming a first bond at the first bonding point with the bonding tool, moving the bonding tool away from the first bond by a first distance, then moving the bonding tool towards the first bonding point and coupling the wire to the first bond. Thereafter, the bonding tool is moved away from the first bond by a second distance and a kink is formed in the wire. The bonding tool is subsequently moved to extend a sufficient length of wire to form a wire loop between the first and second bonding points before the bonding tool is moved to the second bonding point to form a second bond. Characteristics of wire bonds formable using the method of the invention are also disclosed.

Patient movement is chosen to track a bolus of contrast agent as it passes through the region of interest and a 3D acquisition is performed at a succession of stations. The order and shape in which k-space is sampled differs from station-to-station to achieve maximum image contrast.

The intensity relation of the two different wavelengths is adjusted so as to balance the two wavelength detected signals. The extracellular-to-intracellular fluid ratio of the tissue is changed or is allowed to change, and the alternating component of the transmitted beam power is measured. The amplitude of the alternating-current (AC) signal given by the detector represents glucose concentration or the difference from a preset reference concentration.

摘要： A generation Node B (gNB) configured for Sub-Band Full Duplex (SBFD) communication in a fifth-generation new radio (5G NR) network may communicate with two or more User Equipment (UEs) during SBFD symbols. During any one or more of the SBFD symbols, a downlink transmission may be transmitted to at least one of the UEs simultaneously with reception of an uplink transmission from at least another of the UEs. The SBFD symbols may span the carrier bandwidth and may comprise at least a downlink (DL) subband and an uplink (UL) subband within the carrier bandwidth. To communicate with the two or more UE simultaneously during the SBFD symbols, the gNB may configure the UEs that are to transmit during one or more of the SBFD symbols with timing-advance offset information to be used by the UEs to adjust a configured timing-advance for initiating an uplink transmission relative to downlink symbol timing at a UE within the one or more SBFD symbols. A timing-advance offset may delay an uplink transmission of during one or more of the SBFD symbols that follows a downlink symbol. This offset or delay, relative to the timing-advance, may provide a UL-DL switching time gap when the SBFD symbol follows a DL symbol.

摘要： A dual horsehead block and tackle beam pumping unit including a steel frame, a walking beam installed on top of the steel frame, horseheads with movable pulleys, pulling wire ropes, load wire ropes, damping extension springs, a reversing reducer, an output drum, a counterweight box, reversing brake mechanisms, and an electric motor is provided for single well and dual well operations. The horseheads are installed on opposing ends of the walking beam. The movable pulley of each horsehead has a pulling wire rope. The first and second ends of each pulling wire rope are connected to the damping extension spring and the output drum respectively. A lower end of the load wire rope hanging on the right hand side horsehead is connected to the counterweight box. On the bottom of the steel frame, the electric motor, the reversing reducer, and the output drum are installed on a base.
